I ve been there more than once and for sure i will go again. perfect for many people. very cosy and clean. the owners very warm and friendly. i definitely suggest it if you visit Chalkidiki.

Lovely peaceful house, pretty garden & lovely outside space with comfy furniture & view of sea. 5 mins walk to beach. House clean with all you need. Very relaxing!

a beautiful place for a large group of people, perfectly suitable for families. large rooms with all the facilities and a large garden around. only 5 minutes walking and you reach a nice untouched beach.the night life of chalkidiki also really close.i would definitely go again!

A very good place for a quite and relaxing vacation. Our hosts George and Manos were super polite and nice, they made sure we have everything we need and helped us with any issues. Manos gave us really good suggestions for places to eat and to go. The location of the house is very good - it is in quiet and calm neighborhood and all the shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. The beach is 5 minutes away by foot. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hill is quite steep which might be difficult for a small child or someone with accessibility issues. The beach itself is very nice and sandy - on the weekends there were quite a lot of people, but during the week it is almost private. Near, there is also a beach bar if you prefer to have sunbeds - it is 5 minutes walk along the beach or you can also go by car and park directly there. The house is as shown in pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy it while eating outside. It was really nice gesture from the hosts to leave us coffee, water and beer, and also special spirals for the mosquitos - the small gestures that make you feel welcomed :) There are air conditioners in the bedrooms which was a lifesaver during the day. There is a wifi that was ok for browsing, but a little slow for working. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing vacation

I can fully recommend this place. It was my second time here in the same house. This time it was even better then the first time. George and Manos are incredible good hosts. Both had very good recommendations for us. And helped us immediately when we needed them (I could not find the switch for hot water. Manos helped me within seconds). The apartment is very good. It is big enough for many people. But it’s also great for just a couple. There is everything you need. Even a BBQ place which I could not use unfortunately (because we had lunch outside everyday). This time there was even a Nespresso machine. The terras is wonderful. Definitely the place is worth every cent. The area is quite, but still close to everything you need or want. If you do not want to drive, you can even walk to excellent restaurants (15-20min). Just ask Manos/George for the best places. For younger people there are also good places in Kriopigi (walking distance) or Kalithea (5min by car) where you can have a good time. There is a nice and quite beach in walking distance from the house. I preferred Sani beach (with beach bar, music, good food etc) which is also very close (with car 20-25min). But there are also plenty of other beaches almost everywhere where you can drive by car. I also recommend Possidi beach. But Manos/George can even recommend better beaches. There are also good supermarkets (Masoutis/Lidl/ελληνικά market) and bakery’s (Limonis or small local bakery in Kriopigi) in the area, also in walking distance (Kriopigi). There you can find very good food (I recommend sweet Bougatsa, cheese pastry and Fredo Espresso at Limonis). So basically the apartment is a very good place to find whatever you are looking for. No matter whether it is fun or relaxing, you can get it here. I had a wonderful vacation here which helped me after very tough months of working during Corona to recharge my batteries. If I should have the opportunity to come to this area again, I will definitely come to this place again. Thank you both George and Manos!

Such a cool place to stay! We holidayed here for 2 weeks (from London) in August 2020, great location just a couple of minutes from a beautiful quiet beach. The house is clean and spacious, huge lawn for kids to play on, big balcony to spend the afternoons. And of course the owners very helpful and make you feel welcome, can't fault it.
