RUN AWAY... FAR FAR AWAY!!! Bought a range hood which was defective straight out of the box... after 6 months of phone calls and going to the store to harass the manager they agreed to a swap over, however they said the removal and reinstallation will not be covered... The general attitude of the management is appalling, they wouldn't know what customer service is if it slapped them in the face. Personally, I will not step foot in another Media Markt in Greece as they do not deserve the business, it's a shame their brand is being tarnished by the typically Greek attitude...

This is not Media Markt the German chain we used to know but a new store chain called Public with less stock in both floors and rather expensive but with helpful and friendly staff.

Very poor service, due to lack of personnel and not really in the mood to help the customers find what they want. Also, I waited too long to pick up an order I placed online and was supposed to be ready for pick up. Employees are not instructed well, how to treat a customer, having as priority to talk to each other or on the intercom, while customers are waiting. They have very much items in stock in quite nice prices, that's the only things that keep them running.

On delivery they took my appliances for recycling and never sent the 60 euro coupons as was the agreement I called customer service 3 times went to the store one more time always said they’ll send them in the coming days but nothing Never shopping there again!

I think the entrance needs an immediate renovation to make it a happier experience. In store was quite good but the customer service still needs a bit of fine tuning. Finally I was looking over a product in electronics and the physical price tag showed different price to the digital one.

No surprise after reading the other reviews of unsatisfied customers. I personally went to the Maroussi branch to buy a vaccuum cleaner. I arranged delivery at my home (they reassured me it would be max. 5 days later). I paid a deposit of 20€, out of 75€, took the receipts, all good up to that point. ACS sent me a notification 3 days later, no delivery time though. I could not communicate with the local branch ad everything is automated. Missed the delivery (who waits up the whole day for them to come?). They reappeared 5 days later. Showing them my receipts, I gave them the rest of the money. Guess what! The electronic receipt from MM that ACS had in hand did not refer to my deposit. I told the delivery guy to take a shot of my receipts. He did. I get the vaccuum. Minutes later, he comes back to take it back, cuz his boss was not convinced of the receipts I had in hand. I call the customer service to complain. Still waiting to hear back from them. Three times I called, completely incompetent. I ended up going to the Maroussi branch cuz there‘s no way you can call the store (!!). The responsible person never openly admitted that the initial mistake was made by them, just agreed to deliver the vaccuum cleaner not using ACS. Meanwhile, there was a discount announced in their website for the product. I demanded that I get that discount of course. I got the vaccuum cleaner in my hands, 15 days after I bought it. The remaining amount I had to pay was 49,90€, I gave the guy 50€, he had no change on him(!!). It‘s obviously not about the 10cents, but seriously…..are these people supposedly professional?? MM should be restructured and better operated not to ruin the reputation of the German mother company. Will never buy from them again.

Is a commercial selling place for electrical and electronic appliances, where there are kitchen appliances, kitchen appliances, mobile phones,TV and radio، laptops and electronic games. Most of the machines have a guarantee for more than two years. The staff are good, the service is good and the prices are acceptable..The shop is strategically located and Parking is available for cars

Totally unorganized and incompetent shop with arrogance and disrespect towards the customer. Visited today to purchase a keyboard and mouse combo and noticed the attached. As you may see the price labeled is euro 59,99 (initial price euro 71,99). When I went to the cashier to pay I was astonished to realize that the price was euro 115. No apologies and no regrets by the staff, despite my expressed frustration for the “mistake”. Better try at Dixon’s (Kotsovolos stores) or PLAISIO stores. They are both more organized and no such “mistakes” have been materialized in numerous purchases I have made so far…
