★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω ένα αστέρι αναγκάστηκα για να σχολιάσω, απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση ειδικά από την Κυρία στο ταμείο και στην συνέχεια από τον σεκιουριτά! Υποτίθεται πρέπει να δίνουν οδηγίες και να καθοδηγούν τον κόσμο για το πως πρέπει να εξυπηρετηθούν το μόνο που κάνουν είναι να λένε πάρτε στο τηλέφωνο για εξυπηρέτηση πελατών! Ένα τηλέφωνο που μονίμως είναι Κατειλημμένο , έχει αυτόματο τηλεφωνητή και δεν θα καταφέρεις ποτέ να μιλήσεις με κάποιον εκπρόσωπο!ας μην σχολιάσω το γεγονός πως στα γραφεία δεν έχουν καν τηλέφωνο!(αυτο που γράφει στο google δεν ισχύει, ζητάει εσωτερικό αριθμό ) Τέλος, να πω για την προϊσταμένη όταν πήγα μιλούσε με μια φιλη της στο κινητό της τηλέφωνο και δεν μπορούσε να με βοηθήσει !Δυστυχώς σε όλες τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες επιλέγουν άτομα να εργαστούν με κριτήριο να είναι αγενείς και να διώχνουν τον κόσμο!(φυσικα και υπάρχουν εξαιρέσεις, όπως ήταν μια κοπέλα μέσα στο γραφείο αλλά δυστυχώς είναι ελάχιστοι )μάλλον θέλουν να πάμε όλοι σε ιδιωτικές εταιρίες, που όπως φαίνεται αυτό θα γίνει γιατί τουλάχιστον εκεί μας ενημερώνουν και είναι ευγενέστατοι!!!
I put a star I was forced to comment, unacceptable service especially by the Lady at the box office and then by the security guard! They are supposed to give instructions and guide people on how to be served, all they do is say get on the phone for customer service! A phone that is permanently Occupied, has an answering machine and you will never be able to talk to a representative! Let me not comment on the fact that the offices do not even have a phone! say about the boss when I went she was talking to a friend on her cell phone and she couldn't help me! she was a girl in the office but unfortunately they are few) they probably all want us to go to private companies, which apparently this will happen because at least there they inform us and they are very kind !!!
