★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν είναι δυνατόν αυτό που συμβαίνει με αυτή την υπηρεσία. Να πληρώνεις λογαριασμούς μόνο Τρίτη και Πέμπτη. Και προφανώς επικρατεί το αδιαχώρητο δε χρειάζεται να πούμε για ώρα αναμονής. Τι να σου κάνουν και οι κατά τα άλλα συμπαθητικοί υπάλληλοι.
 If possible what is happening with this service. Pay bills only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And obviously the inseparable prevails, needless to say for a waiting time. What can the otherwise nice employees do to you?

Την προηγούμενη ημέρα είχα καλέσει στο τηλέφωνο και μια ευγενέστατη κυρία με ενημέρωσε αναλυτικά για τα έγγραφα που έπρεπε να έχω μαζί μου. Μου είπε δε και για την ψηφιακή υπηρεσία ραντεβού μέσω της ιστοσελίδας dei.gr
Πράγματι, έκλεισα το ραντεβού μου μέσα σε ένα λεπτό για την άλλη μέρα το πρωί.
Ήμουν εκεί στην ώρα μου. Ο κύριος Γιώργος με καλημέρισε και με εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως με ευγένια.
Μέσα σε μερικά λεπτά η διαδικασία είχε ολοκληρωθεί χωρίς να έχω ταλαιπωρηθεί καθόλου.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small office for queries regarding the Greek national electricity company. Staff are helpful, and they are very busy. It's the entrance on the left as you face the building. If you are simply paying a bill just line up in front of the cashier, if you have a query take a ticket from the machine in the corner and wait for your number to be displayed and called.
