★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to arrange anything if you work in normal time, you have to wait hours! I just give 3 because the employees are very nice there. Please hire more people, especially in the morning hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to request a name change and re-connection to my electricity supply. The staff were very kind, nice, and helpful despite how early in the morning it was. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the queue; I was no.34 even though I arrived by the time the office opened (7:30 AM)!
