G	Greg M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the smaller Publics, and you’re all the better for it: the shop is human sized and has 90% of what anyone might need; the manager and his team bend over backwards to provide solutions —chances are you’ll end up with a better choice than you originally planned; the service is efficient and very knowledgeable to boot! Overall, a refreshingly friendly, professional, and efficient team make this Public stand out among the rest!

For kids the selection of books is very good, with Greek and international titles, and they also have plenty of toys. But I wouldn't shop electronics there, prices aren't great and the staff not very knowledgeable, although as helpful as they can.
I	Ilias Giannakopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went at the store to buy a product license and several things followed. First, the store opens at 10:00, and not at 09:00 as stated here. Secondly, I specifically asked for a product license, and instead they sold me a license for a different product... After I realized I told them about it, and they reimbursed the cost. They told me that in order to buy the license of the product that I wanted I have to do it online and immediately after I buy the product I will receive an email with the license key to activate it. When I ordered the product online I didn't receive such an email, and instead the one that I received said that the product will be at the shop in two days and I have to go in person to collect it. Two days later I called at the store to see if the product is there, and they told me that it will need one more day to arrive. The next day I called again, and they told me that it will need again one more day to arrive. The same for the next day. I still haven't received the product. The employees seemed very indifferent at the store and on the phone and have been unhelpful during the phone calls and sometimes rude.
T	The Fresh Box on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a Public network store, there is limited product variety, and almost always a bottleneck in the cashier. Apart from that, salespeople are nice, helpful and know their business
C	Christian Dannie Storgaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this is a perfectly good place to pick up your online order or do a bit of browsing of their book section, the staff is not very knowledgeable and technology products in particular are scattered almost randomly throughout the store, making it difficult to even get a sense of what products are available.
