s	silvia lovergine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst chain of Electronics ever. Especially the store in Rethymno is a place to avoid. We bought a small fridge and a small kitchen and after 3 weeks we decided that we want to return the Kitchen because we didn't need it and we hadn't even opened the box. We wanted to get something else for the house and not the money back.When we went to the front desk, the employee replied in a rude way that nothing can be done and that is the policy of the chain. He also told us that if we had come in a week after the buy, they could even return the money but now it's too late. After I went online and checked the terms of return I realised that they accept returns only two weeks from the date of purchase. Of course no one had informed us about this when we bought it plus we waited 4 days because the Kitchen we had paid wasn't ready to deliver. After all we had only 10 days to return it. It's a shame for them and especially for Dixon Electronics group that manages the brand of Kotsovolos in Greece.
M	Manolis Papadakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you can find a lot of cool products but if you need to see more in a bigger exhibition you have to travel to Chania or Heraklion.. keep in mind this is not a shop in the list of kotsovolos, and the reason is this is a franchise electric store. You can still find everything exactly as they are on the web and at the psame price.

j	jacquelline smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought a JVC television and it did now work have spoken to George several timed he arranged for service to call me they called and now I hear nothing , I think the very worst service, I have a TV that does not work and is brand new, we have both tried to rectify this but come against just problems !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
M	Mark Papadakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for a Dyson V8 Absolute vacuum cleaner, 2 days ago. They just called me today to let me know that the product is apparently not available, despite the fact the order was accepted (1) and that it's been 2 days since it was placed(2). It has happened at least once more with Kotsovolos (and multiple other times with various other greek retailers). This should have been unacceptable, but maybe because it happens so often, people just kind of accepted this to be the norm.
