★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing store with tons of things to buy. Especially love the books. The staff is usually nice but hard to find and not that helpful. It is a very nice store though that you can get lost in for hours looking at the amazing things.

They are always willing to help you out, point you at the right direction or just listen to your problem and suggest something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good mega store in Thessaloniki. Electronics, books, decor, bags, coffee area. Friendly atmosphere. There's a new area for home appliances downstairs. You can find pretty much anything for your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A shopping mall that is located at Tsimiski street in Thessaloniki city centre.Here you can buy toys,games,books,mobiles,laptops, accessories,gadgets etc. Nice place to buy presents for young kids.Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars for the bookshop only. The overall experience was good in terms of organization. The books,though, were in a very poor condition as they were used as display books. There were no other copies for buying. Also there were not many places to sit down and look through the books, as the space was shared with electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've given 2 stars as it's a good store with a lot of selection...BUT I've never had a good experience with the staff, and during my last 2 visits, where I went in with the intention of spending around 600-800 euros on a TV n sound-system, I was particularly disappointed! ..I was told I couldn't try the sound on a speaker I was potentially willing to spend hundreds on!!...When I thought I was waiting for the assistant to try and do it on his phone, he just sort of wondered off without saying he couldn't do it!
I just felt like an irritation!
As a result I went back to Plaisio where the TV I want is out of stock.. hoping they'll get another soon as I really don't want to give my money to Public now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 20/4 I ordered an iPhone from the Public online store, which was saying that it is on stock. I called them to make sure that I can have it soon, and they verified that in 4 days I would have it. Today it's the 1st of June and I still haven't received it. I have been calling multiple times, only to get an answer that this is a problem of their supplier and that I have to wait. They got payed for a very expensive product which they haven't delivered in 40 days time, they give absolutely no information on the delivery date and they take no responsibility. In other words, they are called thieves. Super disappointed by their services. Will never buy again from them.
