I had a bad experience with this company and I would not recomand chartering boats from them. They always find something to charge from the deposit and their boats are poorly kept. I would not recomand!

Pirates, they hold your deposit for nothing, abusive! I was on a trip organised by a Romanian operator in the week of 3rd to 10th of July and our skipper was blamed by your company for a dent in the gelcoat that I saw existing previously our week. The amount was not big, the gesture was terrible!

Poorly mantained boats, they are repairing theor boats on the expense of the people that charter them. I took a Sun Odissey 519 from them and in the first day, the first anchor the windlass broke and they charged it from my deposit without any explenation, they wrote by hand on a piece of paper that they spend 1750eur for the repair, no invoice, no nothing to justify it. After this they gave me a Oceanis 45 to replace the first boat and when my week finnished, they found some water in the engine compartiment that their engineer said that was comming from the outside shower and the boss came to me saing that I used the engine 150% and broke it. It's a petty that this things happen and that there are pirates steeling from the people that just want to have a good sailing time. I will not let the situation like this and will pursue it through the propper legal chanels. I strongly recomand to avoid this company!!! Update after the company's reply! Totaly untrue, they never showed me any invoice for any part ordered. They never issued any receipt for the money that I paied cash, the owner of the company contacted me at 21.22 and I confirmed the the end of maneuvers at 21.36. I have all documented with photos, messages and all. I never pulled the anchor with the engine of the boat because it cracked the moment that the anchor was layed and the wind took me back. I realised that the windlass broke. Their own staff told me when I arrived in the marina the they can fix the part, it was going to take only few hours and that they are sorry I lost one day from my holiday because of this, also they said that they just changed the electric motor of the windlass, why they changed it? Because it was forced and tired, if you force the engine you also force the gearbox, but they waited for another sucker to pay for that. So, again they lie, this accentuates the issues with this company and their determination to cheet the clients. Also they tried putting on me a cloged toilet that I announced that was smelling bad in the first 15 minutes after I left the marina. Their check in is poorly done, only to allow them to come up with the "accidents" at the check out, they know exactly where to look for them. I saw that you put screenshots of the messages, but why you didn't put the messages where I was complaining about the fact that the boat smeld like a public toilet, or that the deck cushions were smelling like pee? Or the messages where I was complaining about the damages that were on the boat like the speed indicator not working open, or that the portside toilet is bringing the water back after flushing? I attached photos, so that everyone know how your boats are!
