★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, τα παιδιά βοηθάνε με βοήθησαν σε ο,τι χρειάστηκα!! Βολεύει επίσης γιατί είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στη Θέρμη δίπλα στο δωρεάν Πάρκινγκ της πλατείας!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένας όμορφος χώρος με πολλή μεγάλη ποικιλία σε βιβλια, γραφική ύλη και δώρα. Ζήτησα κάτι που δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο και μου βάλανε αμέσως παραγγελία! Το προσωπικό είναι πλήρως κατατοπισμένο, ευχάριστο και έτοιμο να βοηθήσει. Πολλή καλή εξυπηρέτηση, ιδιαίτερα σε αυτούς τους δύσκολους καιρούς.
A beautiful place with a great variety of books, stationery and gifts. I asked for something that was not available and they immediately placed an order with me! The staff is fully informed, pleasant and ready to help. Lots of good service, especially in these difficult times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά της κοπέλας που το παίζει υπεύθυνη και κάθεται στο ταμείο. Πήγαινα συχνά με το γιο μου για γραφική ύλη και σχολικά. Μέχρι που πριν μια εβδομάδα πήγαμε και του αγόρασα ένα σετ μαρκαδόρους και ένα στύλο το οποίο μόλις το άνοιξε σπίτι ήταν χαλασμένο.Όταν λοιπόν την επόμενη μέρα πήγα με την απόδειξη και ζήτησα την αντικατάσταση του μιας και το στύλο ήταν χαλασμένο μου απάντησε με θράσος και προσβλητικό ύφος ότι το στύλο είναι σαν τη μαστίχα….δεν επιστρέφεται !Πολύ κακό παράδειγμα!Απαίσια συμπεριφορά…εννοείται δε θα ξαναπάω!Πόσο κρίμα νέοι άνθρωποι να έχουν τέτοιες συμπεριφορές.
Unacceptable behavior of the girl who plays it responsibly and sits at the cash register. I often went with my son for stationery and school. Until a week ago we went and bought him a set of markers and a pen which he just opened at home was damaged. So when the next day I went with the receipt and asked for its replacement since the pen was damaged he answered me boldly and insultingly style that the pole is like mastic… .it is not returned! Very bad example! Awful behavior… of course I will not go again! How a pity young people to have such behaviors.
