Απλά ξαναπώ ότι ακριβώς λόγο κατάσταση black Friday πριν πληρωμή σας έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο και ρώτησα αν ισχύει αυτό που λέει στη ιστοσελίδα για συγκεκριμένο υπολογιστή που ήθελα "άμεση διαθεσιμότητα" και πυρά καθαρή απάντηση ότι θέλουμε από 3 μέχρι 5 μέρες. Πλήρωσα και επόμενη φορά που σας έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο ηταν ακριβώς στη 5η μέρα (για το ενημέρωση μέσω email - από σας εχω μόνο δύο μηνύματα 1η για επιτυχία πληρωμή και 2η για ακύρωση πληρωμή). Ήμουν ούτε αρνητικός ούτε θετικός απλά ήθελα να μάθω τι γίνεται με παραγγελία και γιατί μετά από 5 μέρες όπως είπαμε ακόμα δεν έχω υπολογιστή. Μετά από απάντηση "όχι όχι δεν γίνεται, έχουμε 100 παραγγελίες. Θέλουμε 7 μέρες" βέβαια δεν ήμουνα χαρούμενος αλλα είπα οκαι θα περιμένω ακόμα. Και στη 7η μέρα όταν σας κάλεσα μου είπατε δεν ξέρουμε κάπου στη μέση εβδομάδα... Τη δεύτερη μέρα μου παρουσιάστηκε τεχνικό πρόβλημα στον υπολογιστή και το έστειλα για επισκευή (εγγύηση) και το δέχτηκαν αμέσως. Το επισκεύασαν και το πήρα πίσω σαν καινούριο σε σύντομο διάστημα. Το παιδί στο service πολύ εξυπηρετικό. I bought a ready-made desktop pc cheaper than I would find it piece by piece. They made it and sent it immediately. The second day I had a technical problem with the computer and I sent it for repair (warranty) and they accepted it immediately. They repaired it and I got it back like new in a short time. The child in the service very helpful.
