★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful village, in July and August has too many people but it is less crowded within June and September. It's worth visiting Chalepas Museum. It has a lot of caffes, great pizza and pasta. Also there are 2-3 "taverns" with more traditional Greek cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must-visit village if you are on the island. It is small, picturesque and a good choice for a morning coffee/breakfast. It has only a small square but it is very lively and busy from morning till night. The small coffee/restaurants offer delicious local food choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful village on the island of Tinos. The village has a long, well-known history of marble crafts and it is evident in the houses, decorative doorways, and shops throughout the town. Great place to stroll, shop, and relax with coffee / dessert. The Marble Musem above the village is extremely well done and presemts an informative look into the craft of marble work, its history, and its importance to the island and to Greece.

Try to spend some time wandering around in the alleys and taking in as much as you can of the local architecture and the bougainvilles! Don't leave without lunch/dinner or at least a cuppa in one of the local coffee shops/bars/restaurants!
