★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα ένα ρολόι τηλεφωνικα , η εξυπηρετηση και η αποστολη ηταν αμμεση την επομενη κιολας ημερα . Παρουσιαστηκε ενα προβλημα στο ρολοι που παρελαβα, οι ανθρωποι ανταποκριθηκαν αμεσως μου το αντικατεστησαν και ηταν πολυ ευγενικοι και εξυπηρετικοι χωρις καμια χρεωση .
I ordered a watch by phone, the service and shipping was immediate the very next day. There was a problem with the watches I received, people responded immediately and replaced it and were very polite and helpful at no charge.

Μοιράζομαι την εμπειρία μου γιατί το θεωρώ τραγικό αυτό που μου συνέβη!!
Ζευγάρι σκουλαρίκια αγορασμένα από αυτό το καταστημα, σπάει το πίσω που μπαίνει το εξάρτημα στο αυτι το τρυπητο και βλέπω και μέσα στο πουγκί (γιατί εκεί διατηρώ τα κοσμήματα μου) και 2 από τις πετρούλες να έχουν πέσει.
Φυσικά το πήγα για service μαζί με όλα τα εξαρτήματα στο πουγκακι.Δηλ κόλλημα...κάντε μια εκτίμηση...ποσο ζήτησαν σε πελάτισσα τους που θα έπρεπε να είναι δωρεάν....
15 ΕΥΡΩ!!!!!
Σκέφτηκαν ποιον να .....σήμερα..την Κα Λιβάνου.

I share my experience because I consider what happened to me tragic !!
A pair of earrings bought from this store, breaks the back where the accessory goes into the ear pierced and I see in the pouch (because I keep my jewelry there) and 2 of the oils have fallen.
Of course I took it for service together with all the accessories in the pouch. I mean gluing ... make an estimate ... how much they asked their client which should be free ....
15 EUROS !!!!!
They thought who to ..... today..Mrs. Lebanon.
AWAY!!!!
