★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τσίπουρο ακριβό, για μεζέ μας φέραν τουρσί ! Από τα 3 πιάτα το ενα ήταν καλό, τα άλλα δύο για πέταμα. Δεν κατάλαβα από πού προκύπτει η υψηλή βαθμολογία. Κακό μαγαζί.
 The tsipouro is expensive, they brought us pickles for a meze! Of the 3 dishes, one was good, the other two for throwing. I did not understand where the high score came from. Bad shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τρομερά νόστιμο και γευστικό φαγητό. Πολύ γενναίες μερίδες. Οι τιμές ελαφρώς ανεβασμένες, αλλά στο συγκεκριμένο μέρος ό, τι πληρώνεις παίρνεις και με το παραπάνω. Ο χώρος είναι λίγο περιορισμένος αλλά αυτό δημιουργεί μια ζεστή χουχουλιάρικη ατμόσφαιρα. Ιδανικό μέρος για φοιτητές αλλά και μεγαλύτερους. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, και εξυπηρετικό. Το μέρος πολύ καθαρό. Σίγουρα έπεται και συνέχεια ώστε να δοκιμάσουμε και τα υπόλοιπα πιάτα!
Terribly tasty and delicious food. Very brave portions. Prices are slightly higher, but in this part you get what you pay for and more. The space is a bit limited but this creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. Ideal place for students and adults. The staff is polite and helpful. The place is very clean. Definitely follow up so we can try the other dishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Ραχάτι - Μπαΐλσα, είναι ένας πολύβουος χώρος μάλλον περισσότερο για φοιτητές, με λογικές τιμές, αρκετά καλό φαγητό (με κάποια πιάτα πιο καλά και άλλα πιάτα όχι τόσο), αδιάφορη διακόσμηση αλλά καλό φωτισμό, πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, και κάποια μουσική που σπάει τη φασαρία. Τον χειμώνα προσοχη, αν καθήσεις κοντά σε παράθυρο θα κρυώσεις.
Rahati - Bailsa, is a noisy place probably more for students, with reasonable prices, quite good food (with some dishes better and other dishes not so much), indifferent decoration but good lighting, very good service, and some music that breaks the hustle and bustle. In winter, be careful, if you sit near a window you will get cold.

In the center of Ioannina but also in the center a very nice shop with delicious appetizers polite staff a wonderful owner with positive energy.
