★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργαζόμαστε πάνω από τρία χρόνια και δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο. Ευγενεστατοι στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και οι οδηγοί τους πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Παρόλο που δεν κάνω μεγάλη κατανάλωση δεν έχω δεχτεί ποτέ πίεση για παραγγελία. Με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και αν δεν χρειάζομαι νερά δεν λένε απολύτως τίποτα. Μου άλλαξαν και ψύκτη μια φορά χωρίς δεύτερη κουβέντα. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Το νερό τους εξαιρετικό και η απολύμανση απαραίτητη κάθε 4 μήνες πάνω απ'όλα για την υγεία μας! Μπράβο σας!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα το φίλτρο, μαζί με την συσκευή πρίν έξη μήνες περίπου. Στην αρχική επικοινωνία/προσέγγιση που είχα με κάποιον πωλητή , του ανέφερα ότι μένω μόνος και ότι η κατανάλωση που θα έκανα θα ήταν ελάχιστη, αφού μόνο για πόσιμο θα το χρησιμοποιήσω και χωρίς μαγείρεμα. Συμφώνησα λοιπόν να το αγοράσω αφού η επόμενη αλλαγή φίλτρου θα ήταν μετά από ένα χρόνο. Φανταστείτε λοιπόν την έκπληξη μου όταν με πήραν και μου είπαν, ότι ή αλλάζω το φίλτρο άμεσα ή μου παίρνουν την συσκευή, πράγμα πού έγινε τελικά καί χωρίς πολλά πολλά. Νά σημειώσω εδώ ότι ειπώθηκαν δικαιολογίες ότι ναναι. Απαράδεκτοι. Η αγορά btw είναι γεμάτη από συσκευές και φίλτρα καί καλύτερα και οικονομικότερα.

 I bought the filter, along with the device about six months ago. In the initial communication / approach I had with a seller, I told him that I live alone and that the consumption I would make would be minimal, since I will only use it for drinking and without cooking. So I agreed to buy it since the next filter change would be after a year. So imagine my surprise when they took me and told me that I either change the filter immediately or they take my device, which happened in the end and without much fuss. Let me note here that excuses were said to be. Unacceptable. The btw market is full of appliances and filters and better and cheaper.
