The only possible negative remarks are some mosquitoes (that can be avoided by letting the windows closed) and some noise coming from the streets that can be heard from the balcony, but it's really no problem at all.
Plus!!!: we forgot to grab the key located in the key locker by the entrance of the building and were locked inside the building on a Sunday night (we were advised to do so, it was our fault), but the person in charge of the apartment came late in the night to help us. It was very kind of him.
