A	A Economopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value for money, excellent location despite that there were works just outside when we arrived. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. The LED lighting in the corridors were flickering noticeably and annoyingly all through our three-day stay.

The bathroom was great with proper water pressure and hot water all the time. The WiFi connection and speed were also of good quality. The organisers/hosts are helpful and adaptable to communication alternatives! Very good location with the city centre a few minutes away on foot. A definite recommend!

If you need a refund or make arrangements for another dates, forget it. The person in charge of emails doesn't know nothing about costumer service. Sent me a very pleasant message reminding me it was my problem I never got to the property and not their, no change dates or refund possible.
s	sim mal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is perfect, few minutes from best places in heraklion, airport bus just behind the corner room is big and comfortable communication is equal to ZERO.i wrote properly one week before our arrival and received no reply (booking app) decided to call them before departure and they told me "don't worry you'll receive all information the day of your arrival. I arrive in heraklion and there is no info, no staff and we don't know how to enter our apartment. I call them again ( this time I pay for int phone call) and someone on the other side reply me "it's impossible check your email".. this is crazy cause there was no msg (neither in spam) so I ask him will you let us enter in apt or no? and finally he sent us a sms with all info. [reply to raise msg] i traveled everywhere in the world, other travelers will decide who is lying, there is NO communication from your staff. your automated email never arrived to me, instead of calling your customer a liar learn from your mistakes

Detailed guidelines regarding check in/out process, as well as many useful information for an enjoyable stay, were sent via emails. I highly recommend these studio appartments for anyone visiting downtown Heraklion (it is located approximately a 10-min walk from the Venetian Harbor). Overall, I had a great experience with the Raise (Heraklion) project and I would definitely send a friend there! Thank you!
