Ενώ πηρα τηλέφωνο και με ενημέρωσαν οτι τα σαβατοκύριακα ειναι ανοιχτα και δε χρειαζεται ραντεβου, οταν πηγα Σαββατο απογευμα 7μ.μ. ηταν κλειστά και οταν προσπαθησα να τους παρω τηλ και στα 2 κινητα που εχουν στη σελίδα τους, μου το εκλειναν!!! Εννοειτε δεν θα ασχοληθω ξανα και φυσικά δεν το συστηνω! Regarding the store in Kalamaria ..... While I got on the phone and was informed that the weekends are open and do not need an appointment, when I went Saturday afternoon 7 p.m. they were closed and when I tried to call them on both the mobile phones they have on their page, they closed it for me !!! You mean, like, saltines and their ilk, eh?
K	Konstantinos Graikos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 20/9 το κατάστημα της Καλαμαριάς είχε αρκετό κόσμο και μου ανέβασαν τα αποτελέσματα μετά από δύο μέρες έπειτα από σχετική επικοινωνία. Σήμερα 27/9 δεν είχε τόσο κόσμο και τα αποτελέσματα είχαν ανέβει στο σύστημα την ίδια ημέρα. On 20/9 the store in Kalamaria was quite crowded and the results were uploaded to me after two days after relevant communication. Today 27/9 was not so crowded and the results were uploaded to the system on the same day.
R	Raxil Raxila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάποιοι απο τους νοσηλευτές δεν γνωρίζουν καν την διαφορά το rapid απο το self. Λένε ασυναρτησίες, καλό θα ήταν να ενημερωθούν πριν απαντήσουν στις απορίες των πελατών. Some of the nurses do not even know the difference between rapid and self. They say nonsense, they should be informed before answering customers' questions.

E	Eleftheria Ismirlidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άσχημη εμπειρία. Την 1η φορά που πήγα να εξυπηρετηθω έκανε 1 μέρα να ανέβει το αποτέλεσμα. Καταλαβαίνω ότι μπορεί να είναι θέμα του συστήματος αλλά θα μπορούσαν να μας δίνανε ένα χαρτί στο χέρι γιατί φεύγοντας από εκει χωρίς τίποτα και δεδομένου ότι το αποτέλεσμα έκανε 1 μέρα να ανέβει αντιμετώπισα δυσκολία στην εργασία μου και στο γυμναστήριο. Στην τηλεφωνική μου επικοινωνία μιλούσα με μια κυρία αρκετά αγενή και μετα απο σχεδόν 2 ώρες συνεχόμενων τηλεφωνηματων μου έστειλαν μια φωτογραφία του αποτελέσματος στο viber. Τη 2η φορά που πήγα στις 10 π.μ. δεν ήταν κανείς εκεί. Σήκωσαν το τηλέφωνο μετά από πολλές κλήσεις για να μ ενημερώσουν ότι άλλαξε το ωράριο. Επίσης απαράδεκτο καθως όταν κάποιος κλείνει ένα πακέτο εκεί το κλείνει γιατί προφανώς τον εξυπηρετεί και το ωράριο. Bad experience. The first time I went to be served it took 1 day for the result to go up. I understand that it may be a matter of the system but they could give us a paper in hand because leaving there with nothing and since the result went up 1 day I had difficulty in my work and in the gym. In my telephone communication I was talking to a rather rude lady and after almost 2 hours of continuous phone calls they sent me a photo of the result on viber. The 2nd time I went at 10 a.m. no one was there. They picked up the phone after several calls to let me know that the schedule had changed. Also unacceptable as when someone closes a package there he closes it because obviously the schedule also serves him.
