★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a great house built by Exadas 2 years now And I thought it would be a appropriate time to tell how much I have appreciated their services, help and support throughout the whole process from choosing the plot and then build our home 2 months sooner than it was agreed, it was amazing !!!
they have taken the time to fully understand us and what we were looking for, then they personally drive us in the various procedures, and in collaboration with a great civil engineer and architect they cooperate we all together designed our house, they kept us fully updated during the construction of our house with plenty photos, details, etc and the house we finally got was really much better than we could imagine! I genuinely appreciated their continuous honest advice and services!
There are not many real estate agents and builders that would have shown that level of care!
Furthermore, the care didn't stop till now as Manolis and Anastasia are always there to provide assistance for any matter! (our latest inquiry was about a chemical free way to protect our olives trees from bugs and even in that unusual inquiry for their profession Manolis Helped a lot!) ! .
You clearly know your sector inside out and I am highly grateful of all the help, support and professionalism I was the recipient of.

He is very connected and has lawyers to recommend to make the process smooth! He is very honest and his word. Any questions you have is very patient and will answer. He does his very best to put your mind at ease especially if you are not there to see the property in person. He will assist you throughout the process and even after if you have questions he is a long-term partner to help guide You in the right direction. We highly recommend him and his team. Also his website is very user-friendly and full of great information.

What a chance to be in contact with Manolis Psomas from Exadas real estate Agency… We met him in summer 2019, and our adventure started! First he has found the right plot for us, a dream, he was listening to us and directly showed us what we were expecting, we felt in love! Beginning of 2020, we were happy owners of an amazing plot with a breathless view of the see. After we worked together with Manolis on the house plans and we had a real collaboration and we ended with our dream house. In December 2021, the house was ready and we took the keys. Manolis is an amazing professional, stick to the details, using the best materials and following the construction as if it was his own house. We stayed in our budget, and the house is even better then what was expected. We will be for ever so grateful to Manolis, everything went smoothly and despite the distance or the Coronavirus, we were always happy to receive the follow up of our construction with a lots of pictures and video calls! We had not even one issue, Manolis handed everything always with calm and joy! We recommend him and his agency eyes wide shut! Thank you Manolis and Anastasia, for your good cares… You became real friends! And we love your family ?
