I went there for a basic manicure and here's what happened in order :
1. they forgot to clean one finger
2. the nail shaping was uneven
3. they couldn't do a simple design
4. the nail paint was very old and kind of sticky
5. there was nail paint spill on my fingers
6. no covid safety (no gloves and mask under the nose)
7. They wanted more money that was was said (bad communication)
Overall bad hygiene et wierd vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will be fully upfront about the fact that my expectations were higher than my budget this time, but:
The back and neck message is not much more than a back rub. I thought that because it was different than the "relaxing massage" on the menu and not labeled as "relaxing" that it would be a bit higher-pressure. When I asked to have it a bit stronger, she said that it's a "relaxing massage", so yea.
The 5e nail color change was pretty much what I expected - except that it was 10e in the end. There are higher prices for different kinds of polishes, which makes sense, and shaping cost extra. TBH, the outcome was pretty basic and a bit more careless than what I've had from other places. There was a missing spot on one toe and when I pointed at it she said "it's (the toenail) too small", but she did fill it in after.
The part that was disappointing was that they were going to start without clarifying the prices and the communication was kind of difficult. I had to point in the menu to make sure I didn't end up getting or paying for more than I asked for. Also, the tools didn't look like they are sterilized between customers (they didn't come out of a sterile bag like they do in other salons and they had old nail polish on them), but I could be wrong about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a manicure with acrylics. The nails are not of equal thickness, the top of the nail is not round and it is not neatly finished. I did my nails 4 days ago and already one nail is lose. I am not happy with these nails! And the nails are not worth the money that I paid.....!
