We had a fantastic day with captain George. We went to Ithaca a beautiful island near to Kefalonia. George has new and safe boats and he is very friendly Thanks George fol all See you soon!

The perfect experience for me and my friends!! New boats, ideal for these trips! We had the chance to visit “secret” spots in Ithaca.. paradise beaches that you are not able to approach by car. Captain George was a great guide! We will definitely do it again this summer!! ??????

We rented a boat from George the agreement was 90€ for the day. We were ok with that as seems to be is the average price around the island. He put in the bill paper work 50€ for taxes avoidances, which initially I didn’t like but I thought let him earn more money instead of the government. He seems to be very worry for his 1 year old boats so he called us 3 times and at the end of the day at 15:30 he called again to tells us to comeback because the weather was changing and very windy. Me and my partner were not confident enough to take the boat back from Sami to Póros, it was very windy, rough and potentially very dangerous for inexperienced people. Therefore, we tried to avoid danger in anyway and let him pick up the boat. For the safety of me, my very worried partner and the boat of corse. Anyhow, he got aggressive and annoyed by our decision. I can only think his reaction was because of extra effort, time and gas. Not thinking of his boat and eventually the safety of his customers. Very reluctantly he came with his speed boat and his friend to pick us up and travel back. When we arrived to the Póros harbour he said, “you own me an extra €70 on top of the agreed price so I can pay my friend to sail the boat back”. What! We just tried to save your boat and our life’s! On the way back from Sami, safe and confident that we were going to get back to our hotel without injury or unnecessary stress, in a boat driven by a experienced and professional sailor. We witnessed George and his friend were losing control of the boats in a danger zone at sea about 5 times! And he new what he was doing! This just proved to us we did the right thing. Surely this is in the interest of the company, under the insurance and safety agreement. Therefore, I did not paid that and he called the police to threaten us. Anyhow, police didn’t new anything about the issue when I tried to speak with the police. So I believe he is an con artist trying his best to rip off people’s money any chances he finds!! Please be aware of this man and his business tactics.

George is super nice and easy going. He offers flexible return time and super fair prices. The Boat is topnotch and we had a great day. I would highly recommend George’s rental boats!

GEORGE IS THE BEST!!!!! Best place for boat rental in Poros and near Skala. You can tell how much he cares about your safety and the safety of boats. He keeps them very clean and maintained very well. I have a little bit of boating experience but he gave a very good quick reminder of all the things you need to know. It was such an easy and fun experience. Price is very reasonable and you can manage how much you want to pay by checking how much fuel you use. It was very easy to call him and communicate about the boat, the weather, and return time. Will definitely be returning to George’s boat rental when we are back in Poros and if you are staying in Skala it is worth driving 15 mins down the road to get a boat rental here.

We had an amazing day with George on the water. He took us around the secluded beaches of Poros and Skala for a very reasonable price. Took us tubing as a surprise and made it a very personal trip because of his knowledge of the island. You can also rent a boat yourself for the day, but we loved that he took us around. Can highly recommend!
