Cruise to Zante, 10 minutes on shipwreck beach, and almost 2 Hours in boring, small town, where there is nothing to do. There is a lot of better crews to choose from

We went on the Ithaka cruise. It was a very enjoyable day. Ithaca is a beautiful island. The crew were very helpful and the guide was knowledgeable and also funny. Thank for a very nice day.

Disgusting Experience with Oversold Tickets and Xenophobic Treatment On July 7th, we have gone on an organised Kefalonian cruise from Poros to Sami, paid in full to our agency who was in communication with Hermes. There was a group of seven Serbians from Robinson agency travelling. We had come to the empty boat around 11am. At 11:30 am a group with two buses came (around 80 British passengers total) from Travelrite agency. There was a problem with the agency as they said the boat was fully rented for them. They demanded that we exit the boat for insurance reasons even though it was not full and there was plenty of space. They started shouting in English to get the 'Serbians off the boat' and insulted us on a national basis. Finally a Hermes representative (female brunette) had showed up and told us we need to leave the boat right away and started ushering us out. She was apologising but said there is nothing we can do. Our tourist agent has told us that Hermes said we will join another agency and we were not the only 'extra' people on the boat. There were two more travellers that Hermes had sold to and they were ushered out as well and I saw the tour organiser give them back their fee, in cash. We are shocked that such a thing has been allowed to happen as your company has obviously upsold seats on a fully rented cruise and caused us great discomfort and embarrassment, as well as waisting half our day and our money. Furthermore, we felt disgusted by the clear xenophobia displayed and by being treated like scum both by the other tourist agency and the Hermes employee based on our nationality. Avoid this agency by all costs as they will try to swindle you any way they can. And then make you feel as if you've done something wrong and yell at you when they are the ones at fault. It's beyond disgusting and we will not stand for such mistreatment and I'd love to make sure no else experiences the same as we did.

I went 3 cruises with Hermes. Fiscardo, Zakinthos,Ithaki Lovely places Thank you for my experience I had a great time. Dimitris was very nice talking to me explaining about every place we went. Hope to come back again! Ευχαριστώ πολύ Πέρασα υπέροχα μαζί σας!

Trip from Poros to Zante (Shipwreck + Blue Caves) Pros -The stuff was nice and helpful -Boat was alright, nice atmosphere, not very crowded (approx 40-50) Cons -The route of this trip is very bad planned, we stopped 20min only at the Shipwreck beach for a swim + we have seen the blue caves for 5-10 min from the boat. P. S on the website it says that it will stop for 1 hour at the Shipwreck, but it wasn't the case for our trip. -The trip duration is from 9 to 16, so a big waste of time, because you see and do very limited things. You mainly stay/travel on the boat and do nothing. Appart from a boring 2 hour lunch break in the midle of nowhere called St Nicholas. -We also meant to be stopping to a nice bay for a swim (if not mistaken Agia Andreas) but this didn't happen due to a mix of reasons i.e not appropriate whethear + it was dangerous for the kids to swim there... Conclusion: not worth the time investement, unless you are a big fan of travelling on the boat ?
