IF I COULD, I WOULD PUT 0 STARS! We rented a buggy that from the start had electricity problems and the spidometer and different indicators like the petrol, motor temperature etc weren’t working. They said it is all good, it works perfectly, so we trusted, cause it looked like it work fine. We got to our second stop and it broke down, when we contacted the personal they first of all said how we couldn’t go there although nothing is said in contract except we couldn’t leave the island (contract added). They promised to call back but nothing. After an hour I called them again and asked what is going on, now they knew nothing about us and after explaining everyhting once more they said go get petrol because the buggy wouldn’t start if it has less than 1/3 petrol, sketchy I know (also we had put a full tank and we could see there was a lot of petrol left). So we went to get petrol and asked help ourselvesi from different rental places, but they said either they don’t have nothing to help with or that we have to contact the renters. So we got the petrol, put it in and still nothing. We called them again and now they said they will have a chat and call back. Again nothing, after an hour appeared some random tech guy who looked at it and ask from us how to fix it. Okay, he went to get his tools, said it is a battery mistake, gave some power to the buggy and after an hour again we could start the buggy again and got told to ride straighy back to rental place, no stops made. So we started our journey back, hoped all was ok. After 25 minutes the buggy just stopped in the middle of the road while riding, no pedals working. We pulled over and called them again, they just asked where we were and cancelled the call. Again, waited for an hour and half just next to some random road no call made from them about what is going on. They came, brought a new battery with them, still nothing at first. I was in a complete shock so I couldn’t go and see what they were doing but they got it working. Then they asked for money - I get it, we weren’t in a 20km range (we were 40kms away) but we couldn’t continue our trip, could we? He took us back to Kavos and we had a big argument. On the way we again met with his friend riding with our broken buggy as it was broken down AGAIN and WITH the new replaced battery, we took the buggy behind the car and drove to Kavos. In Kavos, he explained that it is all our mistake and he wants money. By his words the service means fixing the mistake or replacing the broken machine. From my point of view I wanted to pay him for the service but I wanted to get at least half of the money back for the buggy as it wasn’t working and they didn’t fix it or replace it so we could continue our journey. At first he asked for 90€, then said half price 45€. If I continued to explain myself and how I see it, he threatened me with a 200€ bill. So it all finished with us giving him 40€ and half tank of petrol as well. Be careful with the place!

The worst rent-quad place ever! First shop-assistance told me about some promotions, but the next day the second guy didn't want to make anything disscount. but it's Ok. It is not ok when your simple car's chain falls down (and it's really simple machine with two pedals only!). Of course, I didn't call them because I even don't know where I am right now. Fortunately, some random guy in car helped me. When I'm back with Jesus' help, I start to ask my money back, cause quad with chain that fall down on flat road it's hm not european lvl of service. Of course I didn't get anything but "ma friend what a problem". Any "sorry", any cent. Bad, so bad :/
