★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in Deutschland über billiger-Mietwagen einen Ford Focus reserviert - Schalter angeblich im Terminal und "Rund-um-sorglos-Paket"
Schalter im Terminal gibt es nicht, ein Vertreter oder Shuttlebus waren auch nicht antreffbar... Nach einigen Telefonaten kam dann endlich ein Shuttle zum Terminal - okay waren nur 2 min Fahrt, aber ich hätte nicht gewusst, wo ich hin sollte. Statt eines Büros gibt es einen kleinen Bauwagen mit Ventilator in dem ca. 45°C herrschten. Der bestellte Focus war nicht da. Man wollte uns den klapprigen Shuttlebus aufquatschen um dann später nochmal zu tauschen... Wir haben dankend abgelehnt und ein krasses Downgrade auf einen Suzuki Celeros bekommen. Nachlass konnte der Betreiber nicht geben - musste ich daheim in Deutschland reklamieren... Zumindest gab's ne Flasche Wein umsonst ?
Rückgabe war zumindest problemlos. Habe den Mietwagen so tankleer wie ich ihn bekommen habe, wieder abgegeben...
Fazit: lieber einen Euro mehr ausgeben... ?
 We have reserved a Ford Focus on cheap car hire in Germany - switch allegedly in the terminal and "all-round carefree package"
Switch in the terminal does not exist, a representative or shuttle bus were also not meetable ... After some telephone calls finally came a shuttle to the terminal - okay were only 2 minutes drive, but I did not know where to go. Instead of an office, there is a small trailer with fan in which about 45 ° C prevailed. The ordered focus was not there. They wanted to rattle us the rickety shuttle bus and then later to swap again ... We have thankfully rejected and got a blatant downgrade on a Suzuki Celeros. The operator could not give a discount - I had to complain at home in Germany ... At least there was a bottle of wine for free ?
Return was at least easy. Have the car so tankleer as I got him, handed over again ...
Conclusion: rather spend a Euro more ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everybody! Decide to leave a comment for you about Enterprise and Victoria Rent a car company. (They work together but the price I think is different)
I took the car in Victoria rentals and contact with them by email and deal for the price! In July for 2 weeks (2019) the car cost 350€ Fiat Panda ? and 380€ for Ford Fiesta! When you arrive to the airport the men from Enterprise meet you near the exit with you name on paper ?, after you have a pleasant ride uphill to there “office”.
Service is good, when we arrive we booked Ford Fiesta but it was not available at that moment and we took Fiat Panda for little less price ? !!! They do not need any deposit or extra money for insurance only your credit card number for safety !!! The car was a year old and in very pleasant condition. With some scratches but all marked in your contract ))

P. S. Don’t forget to watch the aircraft landing near by.... very cool ?
