Έχει τεράστια αναμονή των 12 εργάσιμων ημερών, για την οποία βέβαια ενημερώνουν προκαταβολικά, προκειμένου να γίνει η αρχικος έλεγχος και εντοπισμός της βλάβης. Μετά ακολουθεί άλλη μια βδομάδα για προμήθεια ανταλλακτικών και εντάξει, όταν ολοκληρωθεί και αυτή η φάση σε περίπου ένα μήνα και εφόσον συμφέρει, παίρνεις πίσω την επισκευασμένη συσκευή σου. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι επισκεύασαν μια μάρκα επώνυμη μεν αλλά κινεζική δε που δεν την αναλάμβανε κάνεις στο Ηράκλειο. Τίμια η συναλλαγή. E	Elena tripidaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί!! Έστειλα μια καφετιέρα με εγγύηση , μέσα σε μια βδομάδα είχε βγει το πόρισμα. Τελικά έγινε αντικατάσταση. Είχα πάρει 2-3 φορές τηλέφωνο και η γυναίκα που απαντάει στα τηλέφωνα είναι απίστευτα ευγενική και πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει, με χιούμορ και ευχάριστη διάθεση κάθε φορά! Very helpful and polite !! Έχουμε αφήσει ένα φούρνο μικροκυμάτων από τις 10 Φεβρουαρίου. 2 μήνες μετά ενώ τους παίρνουμε δεν το σηκώνουν, όταν απάντησαν μας είπαν ότι έχουν πολλή δουλειά και η ζημιά κοστίζει 25-30 ευρώ και μετά από λίγες μέρες μας είπαν να πάμε να το πάρουμε συγκεκριμένη μέρα με την ζημιά να κάνει 50€. Δεν μπορέσαμε την συγκεκριμένη μέρα να το πάρουμε και όταν τους ξαναπήραμε για να πάμε να το πάρουμε μας είπαν ότι δεν το έχουν φτιάξει ακόμα. Ακόμα και τώρα τους παίρνουμε και ακόμα δεν έχει φτιαχτεί όποτε το πήραμε άφτιαχτο με την ζημιά όπως το πήγαμε ! Unacceptable! We have been leaving a microwave oven since February 10th. 2 months later while we take them they do not pick it up, when they answered they told us that they have a lot of work and the damage costs 25-30 euros and after a few days we were told to go and get it on a specific day with the damage making 50 €. We could not get it that day and when we took them again to go get it we were told that they have not made it yet. Even now we take them and it still has not been repaired whenever we got it repaired with the damage as we did it!
