★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Колоритное, настоящее место. Семейная сыроварня, производят полтонны сыра в год только из молока местных овец и коз. Вкуснейшие сыры. Добродушные и приветливые хозяева. Дегустация сыров. Экскурсии по производству. С июля по ноябрь производство сыра прекращается, так как начинается окот овеци коз. Магазин работает в этот период. Дорога проходит через живописнейшее ущелье.
A picturesque, real place. The family-owned cheese factory produces half a ton of cheese a year only from the milk of local sheep and goats. Delicious cheeses. Good-natured and friendly hosts. Cheese tasting. Guided tours of the production. From July to November, the production of cheese stops as sheep goats begin to lamb. The store is open during this period. The road passes through a picturesque gorge.
