★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έβαλα 4 στα πέντε γιατί παρόλο που χωρος ήταν όμορφο δεν μας πήρε πολυ για να καταλάβουμε μικρές '' δυσκολιες'' του σπιτιου. Κατ'αρχας το μπάνιο μυριζε πολυ ασχημα παρολο που το παραθυρο ηταν ανοιχτό συνεχεια. Το σπίτι εχει κάποιες μικρές ελλείψεις αλλα ευτυχώς ο σπίτονοικοκύρης μας εδωσε ο, τι χρειαζόμασταν
 I put 4 in five because although the place was beautiful it didn't take us long to understand the small '' difficulties '' of the house. Initially the bathroom smelled very ugly as the window was constantly open. The house has some shortcomings but luckily the landlord gave us what we needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανέλπιστα γοητευτικό, πολύ κοντά στα Καλάβρυτα και το χιονοδρομικό, σε όμορφη τοποθεσία κοντά στο ποτάμι (που ακούγεται τόσο όμορφα τα βράδια!), πολύ ωραίο και άνετο σπίτι με μεγάλη αυλή, τέλεια για παιδια και έναν απο τους πιο ευγενικούς και εξυπηρετικούς οικοδεσπότες που έχουμε συναντήσει!
Unexpectedly charming, very close to Kalavrita and the ski resort, in a beautiful location near the river (which sounds so beautiful in the evenings!), Very nice and comfortable house with a large yard, perfect for children and one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we have meet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very mediocre experience, mainly due to the value for money ratio. Stayed there for 2 nights, over which the towels or sheets were not changed, and we had to ask for wood to burn in the fireplace (added commodity as the place had radiators). In addition the room we stayed in had a very low ceiling, and one of the beams was very low - my 6ft4in (1.90cm) friend had to duck.
Moreover, the wifi was not working for our duration, as it "mysteriously" stopped working the day before we arrived. Lastly, the place was in a gorge, where the signal was almost non-existent, and indoors, there was truly no signal at all.
The place was about 4 km outside of Kalavrita, the location overall was not bad, and the stone buildings were new (one of the apts we rented was freshly built). The last 200 meters though were not paved, and a dirt road led to the place. This site could easily get 5 stars but for the things I mentioned above, as the potential is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and clean house . near to river . Just 4 minutes from the center. Really nice view of mountains and forest . The owner is very warm and will guide you with a lot of ideas what to do and what to see in Kalavryta . Suggested also for families and not only, i really suggest to visit this place if you want quiet and nice holidays in winter or even in the summer.
