E	Eleftherios Karadimitros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα σας. Ξεκινώντας το ταξίδι μας από τον Βόλο και θέλοντας να περάσουμε όμορφα, τηλεφωνούμε το πρωί για να επιβεβαιώσουμε τη κράτησή μας. Με το τηλεφώνημα διαπιστώνουμε ότι η τιμή δεν είναι όπως κανονίσαμε αλλά και ότι τα δωμάτιά μας δε θα έχουν τζάκι. Τελικά μας χρεώνει 10€ παραπάνω το δωμάτιο για το τζάκι, το ανάψουμε δε το ανάψουμε, ενώ υπάρχει αναφορά στο δωμάτιο ότι εάν ανάψεις το τζάκι επιβαρύνετε με 10€. Την επόμενη ημέρα καθώς ξυπνάμε όλο το δωμάτιο ΝΟ6 μύριζε βοθριλα. Λέμε δε γίνονται αυτά κάτι λάθος έχουμε κάνει. Αερίζουμε το δωμάτιο και μετά από 2 ώρες ξανά η μυρωδιά. Διαπιστώνουμε ότι στη τουαλέτα επιστρέφουν οι ακαθαρσίες πίσω μαζί με τη μυρωδιά. Το λέμε στη ρεσεψιόν και ρίχνει το φταίξιμο πάνω μας ότι και καλά κάνουμε την αναγκη έξω από την τουαλέτα. Άρχισε να φωνάζει και να μας λέει εάν δε σας αρέσει φύγετε από το δωμάτιο και πάτε αλλού. Τελικά καταλήξαμε να μας λέει ότι τα 40€ του δωματίου ήτανε και χωρίς απόδειξη. Φεύγοντας από το δωμάτιο και πηγαίνοντας για check out βρίσκουμε τη κόρη της στη reception και λέγοντας το παράπονό μας για τη τουαλέτα μας παραδέχεται ότι υπάρχει μεγάλο πρόβλημα χρόνια και δε μπορούν να το λύσουν το πρόβλημα με τον βόθρο. Δε θα το συύστηνα ούτε σε άτομο που δουλεύει σε αποφραξεις αυτόν τον ξενώνα. Good evening. Leaving the room and going for check out we find her daughter at the reception and saying our complaint about our toilet she admits that there is a big problem for years and they can not solve the problem with the septic tank. I would not recommend it even to a person who works in obstructions in this hostel.
D	Dimitra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε κάνει τηλεφωνική κράτηση (της είχαμε πει να προπληρώσουμε κιόλας και είχε πει πως δε χρειάζεται) και δύο μέρες πριν την άφιξη μας μας πήρε τηλέφωνο και μας είπε ότι έγινε λάθος και τελικά δεν έχει τα 2 δωμάτια που μας είχε πει. Υποτίθεται κανόνισε σε έναν άλλο ξενώνα αλλά τους πήρε την επόμενη μέρα (όπως μας ενημέρωσαν από τον ξενώνα) και τους είπε ότι τελικά εμείς δεν θα πάμε και να δώσουν τα δωμάτιά μας (μάλλον γιατί της είπαμε πως ήταν απαράδεκτο τελευταία στιγμή να μας ακυρώσει και να μας κρεμάσει έτσι), ενώ εμείς είχαμε ήδη συνεννοηθεί μαζί τους. Πάλι καλά οι άνθρωποι στον άλλο ξενώνα ήταν εξυπηρετικότατοι και πήραν να επιβεβαιώσουν. Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά να ακυρώνεις 2 μέρες πριν την άφιξη λέγοντας πως "έγινε κάποιο λάθος". Ακόμα πιο κακό να παίρνεις τηλέφωνο στον ξενώνα που υποτίθεται βρήκες ως αντικατάσταση και να τους λες πως δεν θα έρθουμε. Μείνετε μακριά από τέτοιους ανθρώπους. He supposedly arranged at another hostel but picked them up the next day (as they informed us from the hostel) and told them that eventually we would not go and give our rooms (probably because we told her it was unacceptable at the last minute to cancel and hung us like that), while we had already negotiated with them. Again well the people in the other hostel were very helpful and got to confirm. Unprofessional behavior to cancel 2 days before arrival saying that "something went wrong". Even worse to call the hostel you supposedly found as a replacement and tell them we will not come. Stay away from such people.
N	Nik Tsiampal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στα λουτρα ποζαρ τα τελευταία χρόνια και η επιλογή μας ήταν ο ξενώνας ροδον. Πέρα από μερικές θετικές και αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις κάναμε κράτηση για 3 ημέρες. Η κυρία από τα δωμάτια ήταν ευγενέστατη από τη πρώτη στιγμή. Μας εξήγησε τι διαθέτει το κάθε δωμάτιο και κάναμε τη κράτηση μας. Μας πήρε και για επιβεβαίωση 2 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη μας.ο ξενώνας είναι πάνω στον δρόμο με ωραία θέα. Οι βεράντες είναι ότι πρέπει να την αράζει να απολαμβάνεις τη κίνηση των τουριστών. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ όμορφα ωραία έπιπλα το κρεβάτι τηλεόραση κλπ. Όλα τα λεφτά ήταν η ζέστη που παρειχε. Λίγο ακόμη και θα ήταν σάουνα. Έξω είχε μειων βαθμούς και μέσα με το σορτσάκι και κοντομάνικο όλη την ημέρα και το βράδυ. Πολύ απολαυστικό. Τέλος η τιμή του ήταν εξαιρετική για τις παροχές που προσφέρει. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω στο μέλλον και το συνιστώ σε όλου σας. Αξίζει.... Our second visit to the poser baths in recent years and our choice was the Rodon guesthouse. Apart from some positive and negative reviews we booked for 3 days. The lady from the rooms was very polite from the first moment. He explained to us what each room has and we made our reservation. He took us for confirmation 2 days before our arrival. The guest house is on the road with a nice view. The terraces are that you have to relax to enjoy the traffic of tourists. The rooms were very nice nice furniture the bed TV etc. All the money was the warmth it provided. It would even be a little sauna. Outside he had low grades and inside with his shorts and short sleeves all day and night. Very enjoyable. Finally, its price was excellent for the facilities it offers. I will definitely prefer it in the future and I recommend it to all of you. Worth....

c	catherine maynes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Gave my room away because I was two hours late. Showed up at 5pm not 3pm. Than sent me to another hotel that tried holding my passport hostage!! They wouldn't give it back unless I paid €25! That was more than the room!
