Υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση, τήρηση των μέτρων covid, καθαριότητα, ευγενια, υπέροχος χώρος αισθητικά και με το παραδοσιακό και αρχοντικό διάκοσμο. Πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό, όλα ήταν υπέροχα αυτές τις ημέρες των Χριστουγέννων και με ωραίο στολισμό!! Μπράβο σας και συγχαρητήρια!Καλή και δημιουργική χρονιά σας ευχόμαστε από καρδιάς και σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Υπέροχη Επίσης τοποθεσία αρκετά κοντά στα όμορφα λουτρα ποζαρ! Μπράβο σας!!
 Our experience and our stay in this wonderful hotel was unforgettable !! Wonderful service, observance of covid measures, cleanliness, courtesy, wonderful space aesthetically and with the traditional and manorial decoration. Very rich breakfast, everything was wonderful these Christmas days and with nice decorations !! Well done and congratulations! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large and well equipped rooms, good breakfast, nice people ready to help. We enjoyed three days. Perfect location if you plan to go to Kajmakčalan, and after that (or before) you can go to Požar spa (15 minutes on foot).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful scenery, amazing glass chandeliers everywhere including rooms, very nice a
design. With all that the hotel sets the bar pretty high. However the rooms had less stone than I expected from the photos, there was a constant super annoying noise from the electrical panel inside the room, the toilet seat is so tiny you literally hurt when seating. While during the weekend it was super warm, perhaps even too warm, on Monday morning the heating went off without warning, and there was also no hot water for shower. For the standards the hotel sets these things really need to be taken care of and should not be happening for no reason at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks very nice, both the building and the room. The bed was comfortable. Taking a shower was awkward as there was no holder on the wall for the showerhead, so it had to be held in hand. The room was poorly lighted, far too dark for my eyes. Soundproofing was lacking as I could hear the neighbors' TV and talk until very late at night. Breakfast was ok. The staff were nice and kind.
