β β β β β I wanted to buy a Rolex watch for my wife for Valentine. But first I would like to take a picture of her before the shop. Suddenly the security guard came to us and unkindly he told us itβs forbidden to take the picture and to go away. So my wife needs to wait a little bit longer for her new watch because I will buy it in another shop (in my own country). PS: in other countries like Belgium it is not forbidden. And if you look on the internet you find a lot of pictures of the Rolex shop in Athens.

No doubt, all top 10 branded wrist watch brands have their history in terms of sophisticated engineering, quality, innovation, value, prestige, etc. But at the end of the day, Customer experience & engagement provided by a retail store, are also critical and decisive factors for the buyer. After having visited 4 luxury brands, this differentiation I found at the Rolex store in Valaoritou 5, Athens. Iβd like to thank Sophia Strati (Store Manager) for her dedicated help / support and Sotiris Tourkochoritis for his professionalism, enthusiasm, guidance and continuous efforts to make things happen.
