★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very clean and satisfied the owner Panagiotis very friendly and always there to help the studio have everything you need even washing machine balcony with sea view the bus stop is 50 yards opposite bus services from airport and bac the saves you 15€+15€ from the same bus stop to the very good beach Costa Costa 10 minute drive sandy and organise with sunbeds and snacks and bar the city 500 yards I recommend to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment has even an iron and ironing board - small but very well equipped. Location is excellent for those who like to be in the center of everithing. There is virtually countless beaches within the range of 15km. We had an idea of making a quick visit of Kefalonia within 8 days but this was an ignorant underestimation of what this island offered. Take your time and enjoy this Ionian pearl. Rouhotas Studios are great base for doing it.

Incredible helpful and friendly owners . New interior. Everything is clean and you feel home as soon as you enter the room.
Fresh fruits, water and little snacks where provided for free. The wifi is working great to plan your next trip.
Can get a bit noisy at the balcony in case you have booked a room with a sea view as the hotel is located next to the port and a main road . But it’s actually really nice to just watch and enjoy the ferry’s and locals passing by. And as soon as you close the window you wont hear anything and can use the new and good working aircon to avoid the heat . The rouchotas studios in argoatoli might not be the cheapest place to stay but we got more than we expected .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic place! Great value for money, location is perfect right in front of the bus and ferry taking you to all the beaches. The owner and his daughter couldn’t do enough to help lovely people. Highly recommend staying here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will love it! View is beautiful. Owner is great man! Apartmants are very clean and you will have all you need...even washing machine. Kitchen is fully equipped, maybe even more than most of the houses ?
There is library in the reception with books on English and Serbian. We decides that this will be our regular place for staying every alternate year (and just because we want to see more places on ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars all the way.. love this place perfect location, spotlessly clean, wonderful friendly service, Sylvia is a gem! The room was serviced beautifully clean towels everything done just right. Walk 5 minutes to a lively square with lots of restaurants or along the water to lots of delicious taverns. The shop next door has everything you need at a good price and the people are lovely there too.
Would absolutely stay again .. loved the place
