FYI no parking, no kitchen area (no not plate no microwave), and the main road on which it is located is all construction - very dusty snd noisy during the day. That would all be OK, the big problem is the service. We were told the cleaning lady would come 12-2pm - she woke us up at 9:30am all 3 nights despite asking both her and the reception to come at 12pm each day. She took all the towels and silverware and did not leave any in exchange most days. Then each night the apartment smelled horribly, likely marijuana possibly garbage? I told the staff the 2nd day in the afternoon when it started to smell again. The staff come up, agreed that it smelled bad, went to try to figure out where the smell is coming from. The smell was even worst at night. I called the owner, he come downstairs, was very loud and very rude. He denied there being anything wrong. It was very offensive - 3 people think the room smells and he tells me to my face there is no problem! Then he asks me where I think the smell is coming from. How should I know, neighbors, air conditioning ... I’m not the maintenance team. Nothing was done. The third night smelled just as bad. Very bad experience. Strongly recommend against staying here.

The room, the service, the view, the amenities, and–most importantly–the COVID precautions...from top to bottom, the experience was excellent. It is a small boutique hotel, and the layout ensures complete privacy–you almost feel like you are staying in your own private condo. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure the guests felt safe and comfortable. I absolutely plan on staying here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

There is a small station to make coffee and a fridge but no plates or silverware. The biggest problem was the constant noise from the bar downstairs. It's super loud and until almost 3 am most nights. If you want sleep, this is Not your place. The staff were fine and I thought they tried to help with the situation but they didn't really. It's a great place if you can sleep through any thing.

We booked 2 suites at this hotel but due to bad weather on the way out our flight was diverted to mainland Greece then returned to the UK as it was unable to land on the island. The owner was unsympathetic they took full payment and refused to move the booking or offer a future discount when we were able to return.
