m	maria kopsida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rouista Tzoumerka Resort is an inspiration! Hotel including the area around provides a totally nature experience. We stay in a comfort & absolutely clean Mountain View room with balcony. The breakfast and generally the food was delicious with local and homemade products. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They explained us about the area and they planned our walkings and ways to join. I would recommend it with any doubt!!

Good service with willingness to help and support. This year in August visited it again. The food was average (given the price you have to pay) and when I gave them back two kids dishes with pasta ( overcooked and tasteless) they didn't ask me at all to replace them. Most of the dishes where undersalted and despite the fact that I told it so to the manager he told me that there is salt on the table and you can just add on top. We where a company of 10 people and all of us decided not to visit again this place. It's a pity starting with potentiality ending up like this.

Eleftheria helped us plan our day trips, and sent us with detailed instructions to the best places around lots is great walks and attractions nearby, the food at the restaurant is delicious, awesome views to the valley.

Rouista Tzoumerka Resort is located in Vourgareli in a perfect location with great view for relax or explore in nature ideal for families with kids. Our room was cosy and comfortable consisting of one double bed and one single bed, but it has the space to add one more single bed. The resort has a safe, well equiped kids playground with a basketball court and table tennis. Rouista Tzoumerka Resort has caffeteria and restaurant in case you can't (raining/ snowing) or don't want to get outside a lot! The area is gorgeous with nice trails (Captain's bath, Leptokaria etc.) to hike even for small kids.

Although the place in general offers a great view and decoration is nice, unfortunately it does not seem to be very welcoming to customers that are not staying in the hotel. Going there even for coffee without calling to verify that they are actually serving or making a reservation can easily be the cause to travel for 30' in the mountains and have to return back.

We visit it during COVID-19 pandemic and everything was spotless. The room were large enough for the five of us (2 adults and 3 kids) and clean. The food and the beverages at the restaurant and the cafe were delicious , especially the homemade treats. The most important attribute of Rouista is its people. The hosts and the personnel were kind, polite and eager to help you enjoy your stay and explore the nature beauties around the area. I definitely recommend it.
l	li vidal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing!! The hotel is great! We had an amazing room with beautiful view from the balcony. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious. The staff is so nice and willing to help all the time! Eleftheria is so nice! And also the other lady :) they will help with everything you need, and plan the program for each day. There are plenty of things to do and see around. Reasonable prices too. Most recommended!
