Royal Paradise Beach Resort & Spa - Rosogkremos Beach

First time in Greece, probably the last …. bad experience in term of accomodation , the room was clean and we entry after 20-40 minutes after the staff, but surpise in bathroom we discover a living bat ….yes, incredible. I catch the bat, I go to the reception and I give them …. no any escuses, nothing…. Next day … Thursday morning, at 9.20 the beach is not clean, chairs are are with different things and sand …. I taught that at five star hotel , the beach will be cleaned before the guest are coming to stay at the sun . Services are pretty low, is verry visible that is no one in charge with a strict control and managing activity. at lunch the whole group was made up of numerous bees that were attracted by the food served on the terrace, it is extremely unpleasant to eat while the bees sit on your food I am very disappointed with your experience so far and when I think I have to stay here for more than a week.

5 stars hotel in Thassos. Private beach, quiet and luxurious

My family rested in Royal Paradise Beach Resort and Spa for third time this summer. We fell in love with this place nine years ago when we first time found it. Then we were only two and enjoyed our honey moon in the romantic garden and private beach there. Years after that we came back with our children to share this paradise with them. The kids were amazed by the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, learned to swim in the pools and played till night on the beautiful sandy beach. We liked so much the special attitude of the staff - ALWAYS kind and smiling! the delicious food for any taste (there were Asian night, Italian night, Greek night - all included in the Half Board), rich breakfast, a lot of desserts and fruits. The beach is sandy (just this summer because of a big storm there were pebbles and small stones on part of it but the staff has made some corridors so guests can enter the clean sea). The coast is very nice for children to play and swim (very clean, shallow, no waves, no sea ​​urchins), which is very important for us by choosing Royal Paradise for our vacation. There are many options for children and adults to keep fit - an open kinder yard, chess, table tennis, tennis court. The Spa was closed this year due to covid but the hotel offered massages in the garden. Yes, the place is not huge, but there is enough space for everyone and you will never find it crowded and noisy. The beach is not crowded and you can enjoy real rest. It is a very romantic and beautiful place, with great view and memorable sunsets. We thank very much the whole staff of the hotel - the kind people on the reception, the nice and always smiling girls and boys in the restaurant and bar, the cooks for the tasty food, the ladies cleaning the rooms, the man looking ofter the garden and jacuzzi, just ALL! We definitely will come back again next summer and will stay longer then just a week.

it was a successful vacation but: only the rooms, the cleanliness and the position of the hotel have 5 stars, together with its employees (the young team that smiles all the time and helps you with pleasure if you need something). In rest: - only two small pools without being cleaned every day - too little animation / activity for children, considering that most of us are on holiday with children - the beach full of rocks - the same breakfast, unchanged not once, which was of average quality anyway. You don't starve but you don't have much to choose from either. make us to think we are in a 3 stars Hotel.

The view is amazing but the hotel's services are faraway from a 5 stars hotel. Don't waste your vacation here. Very bad services!

2021 was my last year in this hotel. The conditions changed a lot in worst over the time. I' m felling sorry for the wonderful Thassos but I will not be back. Avoid this hotel if you want a nice vacation. Too bad for the hotel's view.

Very bad experience in 2021. The room were not cleaned just when you requesting them but not daily at least 1 at 2-3 days. You have a coffee machine in the room and they bring you in hand directly the capsule with all the Covid restrictions. Only 2 capsules per day. Extra you should pay 2 eur each. The towels were so 'destroyed'. The food was awful. The services very bad. My recommendation is to avoid this location.

Awful conditions for a 5 stars hotel for 2021 summer. The rooms were cleaned after 2-3 days only if you request them. A lot to improve on the hotel's surroundings. The beach was dirty and the beachchairs as well. You have in the room Nespresso coffee machine but not capsules for it. We were very disappointed.
