The hotel does not offer quality for 4 stars. It offers poor service, the attitude of the staff is rude and unacceptable. The beach next to the hotel is "stones only" and the sun beds are uncomfortable.The pool in the hotel is always full and the sun beds are insufficient. The food -terrible, the beverages - low cost. There are always children screaming and it is impossible to relax. You can not sleep well, as the noise in the hotel is 24/7 and you can hear everything your neighbors do or talk about. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Aeolis Thassos Palace for 2 weeks in September with my husband. This was our second visit to the hotel following a fantastic holiday there last year. We have never been back to the same hotel twice but couldn't resist as we had such a good time! This year was just as good and we will definitely be returning again in the future. The hotel is beautifully designed and extremely clean. The all inclusive package is fabulous, lots of choice of drinks and the cocktail list is lovely! The food is of a very high standard with plenty of choice and variety. The staff however are what really make the hotel special. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. In particular we found the bar staff at the pool. excellent. The restaurant staff work so hard and ensures the restaurant runs very efficiently. All of the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant were also very friendly and efficient. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately and efficiently by guest relations and I would say to anyone if you have any problems just ask one of the staff and they will ensure it is resolved quickly. So to summarise this hotel is perfect for a relaxing luxurious break. The friendly staff make sure you feel at home and we will definitely be back again!

I did like the hotel, beach and pool. Unfortunately the staff in restaurant and little variety od dishes is a big minus. Usually in all inclusive options in other hotels where I was, guests were able to pour drinks themselfs, here the tap with beer and vine was next to food, however guests were not allowed to use it. There is no information about this so once I used it the staff came to me with pretensions, wanted to take my drink away just to ask what I want to drink next to the table and bring it. We were not always choosing vine or beer with main dish, but if we changed mind afterwards or wanted some vine with desssert there was noone to ask for it. Sometimes the staff was leading guests to tables, sometimes they didn't care - overall no certain rules or information for guests how the restaurant works. Sometimes someone was sitting almost in bikini in restaurant, and other times the same staff members were asking guests to cover. The food was very repetitive, low rerely any seafood or fishes which is unfortunate next to sea. If anyone enjoy spending all the time in hotel away from everyone this is good choice, however if you prefer to go out in evening and see promenade, shops, restaurants etc. than you should know that this is not possible here, even the nearest ATM is about 20km away.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this hotel from 08.07 to 15.07, and we are really grateful for our decision to spend our vacation here. The view from the hotel is priceless, the staff is the most friendly and professional I've seen so far. We had all inclusive, and the food was indeed really tasty and varied. We already miss the atmosphere we had at this place. Many many thanks to everybody who works to make this hotel a thassian paradise!! From the bus driver, to the barman, receptionist, cleaning staff, we would like to thank you all!! Efharisto! :)

Great pool, beach is close- 200 m down the hill. Overall good experience. Staff is friendly and helping. No shop around- need to take a bus to closest one 2 km away.

We were accommodated here during our weekly vacation on Thassos. The hotel is very beautiful, it is always clean, the food is very tasty, the staff od friendly and helpful. ? We also would very much like to praise a lady with dark blond hair who worked on the spot during the meal and then at the pool bar - she was very friendly, kind and energetic and always brought us a positive mood! ? Nice place, beautiful sea view, lovely food. Balcony room was great. Rest darkened only smoking neighbors.
