M	Medison Seidini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο κατάστημα πήγα για φτιαξιμο ένα κινητό επειδή μου έπεσε σε νερό, το Α71 συγκεκριμένα, έκατσε περίπου 2 εβδομάδες στο καταστημα μέχρι που μου είπαν πως το κινητό δεν φτιάχνετε. Επιτα το πήγα στην αντιπροσωπία samsung μήπως είχα ελπίδες, αλλα με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν πως λείπει το δαχτυλικο αποτύπωμα στην οθόνη. Το είχαν πάρει χωρίς να μου πουν τίποτα!!!!! I went to the store to fix a cell phone because it fell into the water, the A71 in particular, sat in the store for about 2 weeks until I was told that the cell phone is not working. I then went to the samsung dealership to see if I had any hopes, but they called me and told me that the fingerprint on the screen was missing. They had taken it without telling me anything !!!!!

Περιμένω έναν υπολογιστή εδώ και έναν μήνα, το οποίο έχω φυσικά προπληρώσει, και δεν έχω καμία ενημέρωση για το πού βρίσκεται, εάν και πότε θα έρθει. Στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μιλάω κάθε φορά με διαφορετικό άτομο και η απάντηση είναι ότι θα με καλέσει κάποιος υπεύθυνος να με ενημερώσει, κάτι που δεν γίνεται ποτέ. Ζητάω επανειλημμένως να μου δώσουν το τηλέφωνο κάποιου προϊστάμενου, μήπως βρεθεί κάποια λύση και αρνούνται ή, ακόμα χειρότερα, όταν έρθουν σε δύσκολη θέση ¨πέφτει" η γραμμή όλως τυχαίως!. Τέτοια συμπεριφορά δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει ποτέ μέχρι τώρα. Αν υπήρχαν μηδέν αστέρια θα το άξιζαν και με το παραπάνω! Unacceptable treatment! I have been waiting for a computer for a month, which I have of course prepaid, and I have no information on where it is, if and when it will come. In the call center I talk to a different person every time and the answer is that someone in charge will call me to inform me, something that never happens. I repeatedly ask them to give me the phone number of a boss, lest a solution be found and they refuse or, even worse, when they get in a difficult position the line "falls" accidentally !. I have never encountered such behavior until now. If there were zero stars I would they were worth it with the above!

IT WAS NOT. I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL HAVE IT IN 12 DAYS. 32 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND THEY HAVE NOT BROUGHT HIM YET. THIS COMPANY IS WORTH FOR ZERO.

Είχε απαντήσεις για κάθε ερώτημα και επιπρόσθετα μου έκανε και αντίστοιχες προτάσεις για την σύνδεση μου. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια! Many congratulations for the immediate service from Socrates!
