★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογες εγκαταστάσεις και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Πάντα ευγενικοί, πάντα καταρτισμένοι και διαθέσιμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν τους ανθρώπους που έρχονται για εξετάσεις . Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στο μαγνητικό τομογράφο του εργαστηρίου, καθώς είναι κατάλληλος ειδικά για άτομα που αντιμετωπίζουν προβλήματα κλειστοφοβίας ή άτομα που τους δημιουργεί προβλήματα άγχους η εξέταση αυτή. Σε διαγνωστικό επίπεδο σωστοί και έγκυροι στις διαγνώσεις τους. Να συνεχίσετε έτσι!!!
 Flawless facilities and excellent service from the staff. Always polite, always trained and available to serve the people who come for exams. Special mention in the laboratory MRI of the laboratory, as it is suitable especially for people who have problems with claustrophobia or people who have anxiety problems, this test. At the diagnostic level, correct and valid in their diagnoses. Keep it up !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις, αψογη εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, συνόδευαν όλους τους ασθενείς, ειδικά τους ηλικιωμένους στα εξεταστηρια ώστε να νιώθουν ασφαλείς. Αυτό όμως που προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους είναι η μαγνητική τομογραφία. Έχω κλειστόφοβία κ είχα προσπαθήσει ήδη άλλες 2 φορές να κάνω μαγνητική σε άλλα διαγνωστικά χωρίς επιτυχία. Στον συγκεκριμένο ούτε που κατάλαβα κάτι, ούτε σφυγμουσ δεν ανέβασα. Έχουν μια οθόνη που σου δίνει την ψευδαίσθηση ότι δεν υπάρχει κουβουκλιο κ έτσι δε σε νοιάζει. Είναι ανοιχτός κ από τις 2 πλευρές οπότε το κεφάλι είναι έξω. Το προσωπικό σου μιλαει συνέχεια κ ενδιαφέρεται. Για όποιον λοιπόν φοβάται, σας εγγυώμαι ότι ούτε που θα το καταλάβετε!κ το βασικό βέβαια, είναι συμβεβλημενοσ με τον εοππυ.
Modern facilities, impeccable service, very kind staff, accompanied all the patients, especially the elderly in the examination rooms to feel safe. But what I highly recommend to everyone is MRI. I have claustrophobia and I have already tried 2 more times to do magnetic in other diagnostics without success. In this particular one I neither understood anything, nor did I raise my pulse. They have a screen that gives you the illusion that there is no canopy and so you do not care. It is open on both sides so the head is out. Your staff is constantly talking and interested. So for anyone who is afraid, I guarantee you that you will not understand it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ έκανα πανοραμική και αντι να τη στείλουν στον οδοντίατρο μου την έστειλαν σε κάποιον στη Λευκάδα τρεις φορες , γιατί είχαν μπερδέψει ένα γράμμα στο ειμαιηλ! Τόσες φορές μιλήσαμε στο τηλ, τους έκανα spelling γράμμα γράμμα παρά το γεγονός ότι τους το είχα δώσει κ γραμμενο, κάθε φορά έκαναν λάθος! Πως το έμαθα; Ο κύριος που το λάμβανε στη Λευκάδα (άσχετο επάγγελμα λιμενικός) ήξερε τον οδοντίατρο μου εντελως τυχαία και του το έστειλε !!! Δεν μου το είπαν καν οι ιδιοι, ότι υπήρξε διαρροή των προσωπικών μου δεδομένων, μόνο μου έλεγαν ότι θα χανόταν το email στα junk. Όταν πήγα από εκεί να παραπονεθώ, με παρέπεμψαν στον διευθυντή του παραστηνατος, όποτε μίλησα με ενα ιατρό ονόματι Σακαρελος (ο γιατρός κ υποθέτω ιδιοκτήτης; Η ένας εκ των ιδιοκτητών!) και η απάντηση ήταν ε τι θέλετε τώρα από εμάς, συγγνώμη βέβαια, αλλά εγώ είμαι ευτυχής που δε γίνονται συχνά τέτοια λάθη, είστε η εξαίρεση που συνέβη αυτό!!! Δηλαδή τι θα γινόταν αν ήταν πιο προσωπικές εξετάσεις (από aids, Covid , εγκυμοσύνης κλπ) και κατέληγαν όπου να ναι;
I did a panoramic and instead of sending it to my dentist they sent it to someone in Lefkada three times, because they had confused a letter in the email! So many times we talked on the phone, I spelled them letter by letter despite the fact that I had given it to them in writing, each time they made a mistake! How did I find out? The gentleman who received it in Lefkada (irrelevant profession as a port officer) knew my dentist completely by accident and sent it to him !!! They did not even tell me that there was a leak of my personal data, they only told me that the junk email would be lost. When I went from there to complain, I was referred to the director of the department, whenever I talked to a doctor named Sakarelos (the doctor and I guess the owner? Or one of the owners!) And the answer was what do you want from us now, sorry of course, but I'm glad that such mistakes are not often made, you are the exception that this happened !!! That is, what would happen if they were more personal tests (from AIDS, Covid, pregnancy, etc.) and ended up where yes?

No-one told me that I need to schedule an appointment, but even worse the next available appointment for a rapid test was three days after. this totally cancelled the definition and the need of a rapid test whatever the reason is behind.
