Φτάνοντας στο ιατρείο στις 20:10 με απίστευτο τρέξιμο ερχόμενος από μακρυά και προς μεγάλη μου έκπληξη η μία από τις δύο κοπελιές στο ταμείο μου ανακοίνωσε ότι σε πέντε λεπτά κλείνουνε και δεν προλαβαίνω να εξεταστώ (παρεμπιπτόντως το ωράριο τους είναι μέχρι τις 20:30). Κρίμα γιατί ήμουν χρόνια πελάτης τους και τους προτιμούσα παρότι ερχόμουν από μακρυά. Δεν πειράζει όμως μόνο ο λουμίδης μοναδικός στο είδος του. Great disappointment and bad behavior !!! Arriving at the doctor's office at 20:10 with an incredible run coming from afar and to my great surprise one of the two girls at the checkout announced to me that in five minutes they close and I do not have time to be examined (by the way their schedule is until 20:30) . Too bad because I was their client for years and I preferred them even though I came from afar. But it does not matter only the loumidis, unique in its kind.

Με βλέπανε από το παράθυρο επίσης τίποτα. 13:02 βγήκε ένας εξεταζόμενος από μέσα και βρήκα την ευκαιρία να ρωτήσω τι συμβαίνει, ένα παιδί που δουλεύει εκεί. Μου λέει ότι έχουν κλείσει από τις 12 και υπάρχει ανακοίνωση στην πόρτα. Του δείχνω την πόρτα ότι δεν υπάρχει καμία ανακοίνωση και μένει "άφωνος". Του λέω στο τηλέφωνο έχετε ενημερώσει ότι δουλεύετε έως τις 14'30. Μου λέει ναι δικό μας λάθος. Του λέω δεν φταίω εγώ λοιπόν για αυτό σας παρακαλώ να με εξυπηρετήσετε. Μου λέει δεν γίνεται και μετά από μια συζήτηση διάρκειας 5-10 λεπτών τόση άρνηση δεν έχω ξαναδεί. Τόση ώρα παίρνει το ραπίντ τεστ που ήθελα να κάνω και παραταύτα προτίμησε απλά να αρνείται να με εξυπηρετήσει παρά να μου κάνει ένα ραπίντ.ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ, unreliable και απλά δεν το προτιμώ ποτέ ξανά. Πάω σε μεγάλο επαγγελματικό κέντρο απλά με λίγο μεγαλύτερη ταλαιπωρία στο δρόμο. Καθώς είναι λίγο πιο μακρυά. Φιλάκια! Απάντηση: Όλοι δυστυχώς ταλαιπωρουμαστε από τις αδιανόητες πράξεις των τελευταίων ημερών. Εφόσον πλήττεται άμεσα μια υπάλληλός σας, δεν ξέρω αν θα έπρεπε να δουλεύει σήμερα ή να βρίσκεται εκεί που πρέπει. Disorganized. On the phone they say that the rapids take place until 14:30. Εχουμε μιλησει τρεις φορες για το ραντεβου της μικρης μου κορης και παω εκει και μου λενε ααα δεν κανουμε καρδιογραφημα νομιζαμε θελατε τριπλεξ και δε μπορουμε να κανουμε κατι γι αυτο! Λι ετσι απλα χαθηκε η συνταγογραφηση μου και το προγραμμα μου. Αντι να μου προτεινουν κατι εστω για διευκόλυνση! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ Unacceptable! Όλες τις φορές έχω εξυπηρετηθεί άμεσα και χωρίς καθυστέρηση, τα κορίτσια στην γραμματεία ευγενέστατα και με χαμόγελο το ίδιο και το ιατρικό προσωπικό.
