★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενές προσωπικό, σνομπ και μη εξυπηρετικό. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα χαλάει τη φήμη του Rococo. Είμαστε χρόνια πελάτες και είναι το μόνο κατάστημα που θα πάμε σαν έσχατη λύση.
 Rude staff, snobby and unhelpful. This particular store tarnishes Rococo's reputation. We have been customers for years and it is the only store we will go to as a last resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πωλήτρια βαριόταν να εξηγήσει 2-3 βασικά θέματα. Ότι νούμερο δοκίμασα έλεγε ότι ήταν σωστό. Δεν εξήγησε τίποτα για τα είδη των σανδαλιών της εταιρίας.
The saleswoman was bored to explain 2-3 key issues. Whatever number I tried said it was right. He did not explain anything about the types of sandals of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά ευγενικό το προσωπικό του καταστήματος, με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει, δεδομένη η ποιότητα των προϊόντων της φίρμας. Πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη ήταν για εμένα η διάθεση και η ταχύτητα συνεννόησης της πωλήτριας με άλλα καταστήματα της εταιρίας ώστε να βρει και να μου αλλάξει σε πολύ σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα ένα ελαφρώς ελαττωματικό μπουφάν, ελάχιστα λερωμένο με κόλλα.
Quite polite staff of the store, willing to serve, given the quality of the brand's products. A very pleasant surprise for me was the mood and the speed of communication of the saleswoman with other stores of the company so that she could find and change in a very short time a slightly defective jacket, slightly soiled with glue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τεράστια ταλαιπωρία από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία. Δεν θα μιλήσω για την ποιότητα των ρούχων η οποία είναι πολύ καλή, θα μιλήσω για την εξυπηρέτηση. Παρηγγειλα λοιπόν, ένα κοστούμι από το online κατάστημα, αφού περίμενα αρκετές ημέρες, εν τελει ήρθε λάθος νούμερο στο παντελόνι το οποίο ήταν αρκετά πιο μικρό από το νούμερο που είχα δοκιμάσει στο κατάστημα. Μετά από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα της γλυφάδας, όπου μου παραδέχτηκαν ότι λίγο πολύ με κορόιδεψαν (στο online κατάστημα), αφού το νούμερο μου στο συγκεκριμένο κοστούμι ήταν σε έλλειψη, αγόρασα το ίδιο κοστούμι σε άλλο χρώμα. Επιπλέον με χρέωσαν 67€ παραπάνω, γιατί αυτή ήταν η τιμή του νέου κοστουμιού, παρόλο που λόγω ταλαιπωρίας και μόνο δεν θα έπρεπε, αλλά το κοστούμι (το νέο) βλέποντας το στο site μετά λύπης μου διαπιστώνω ότι είναι 3 κομμάτια ~ σακάκι, παντελόνι, γιλέκο και στο κατάστημα της γλυφάδας, δεδομένου ότι χρεώθηκα και κάποια χρήματα παραπάνω δεν συμπεριέλαβαν στο κοστούμι το γιλέκο. Συνοψίζοντας, άθλια εμπειρία, πολύ κακό για το τίποτα, πολλή ταλαιπωρια για το τίποτα, δεν το ξανά επιλέγω, δεν το προτείνω σε κανέναν.
Huge inconvenience from this company. I will not talk about the quality of the clothes which is very good, I will talk about the service. So I ordered a suit from the online store, after waiting for several days, in the end came the wrong number on the pants which was much smaller than the number I had tried in the store. After contacting the glyfada store, where they admitted to me that they more or less made fun of me (in the online store), since my number in this particular suit was missing, I bought the same suit in another color. In addition, they charged me € 67 more, because that was the price of the new suit, although due to inconvenience it alone should not be, but the suit (the new one) seeing it on the site after my regret I find that it is 3 pieces ~ jacket, pants, vest and in the glyfada store, since I was charged and some extra money did not include the vest in the suit. In summary, a miserable experience, too bad for nothing, a lot of suffering for nothing, I do not choose it again, I do not recommend it to anyone.
