★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had quite an experience in this establishment. There were two ladies who were polite, very cordial. At some point one of the ladies indicated that she would have me talk to a guy whose desk was just a few feet away (I guess the boss…?) from us. The moment he took over, things went south. Friendly and bitter at the same time he stated to me something like “Why should you get a loan from a Greek bank, do they know you?…” Another silly comment he made was “if I found a great opportunity, why should I give it to you and not buy it for me instead?” Actually the latter was something that he said was his argument when talking to another customer. I guess he was now using it with me… I could not believe a professional would ever make statements like these to a prospective buyer.
Within four months after that pathetic incident we managed to find a beautiful place, obviously from another realtor. Behave, be professional. It makes a huge difference.
The three stars go to the two ladies.
