V	VANNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πελάτισσα από τότε που άνοιξαν. Σε γενικές γραμμές ικανοποιητικό. Δύο σημεία που χρειάζεται να διορθωθούν. Το 1ο είναι ότι δεν απαντούν το τηλέφωνο και πρέπει να καλέσεις πολλές φορές. Κάποια φορά δε που το ανέφερα πήρα την απάντηση ότι η κοπέλα είχε πελάτισσα και δεν μπορούσε να διακόψει. Πολύ λογικό αλλά μήπως θα έπρεπε να βρεθεί μια λύση , εξάλλου στο 2021 βρισκόμαστε, η τεχνολογία έχει προχωρήσει. Επίσης η δικαιολογία ότι παίρνουν πίσω, απλά δεν στέκει , δε μου έχει συμβεί ποτέ. Οι κοπέλες που εργάζονται δεν έχουν τον ίδιο επαγγελματισμό με αποτέλεσμα να μη φαίνεται ότι στο κατάστημα υπάρχει ενιαία γραμμή και εκπαίδευση και το αποτέλεσμα κάποιες φορές να είναι πολύ καλό και κάποιες μέτριο. I have been a customer since they opened. Overall satisfactory. Two points that need to be corrected. The first is that they do not answer the phone and you have to call many times. One time when I mentioned it I got the answer that the girl had a client and could not stop. Very logical but maybe a solution should be found, after all we are in 2021, technology has advanced. Also the excuse that they get back, just does not stand, it has never happened to me. The girls who work do not have the same professionalism with the result that it does not seem that there is a single line and training in the store and the result is sometimes very good and some mediocre.

Δε φταίνε όμως οι κοπέλες, καθώς εκείνες έχουν εντολή όταν κάνουν τη δουλειά τους να μη σηκώνουν τίποτα και τις περισσότερες φορές είναι μόνο μια κοπέλα στο χώρο. Η "υπεύθυνη" του μαγαζιού, το βάζω σε εισαγωγικά, γιατί μόνο υπευθυνότητα δεν είναι αυτό, είναι εκείνη που φταίει, γιατί δεν έχει τη στοιχειώδη λογική να σκεφτεί να βάλει έναν άνθρωπο στα τηλέφωνα. Η κατασταση είναι επιεικως απαράδεκτη. Σε συνδυασμό κιόλας ότι οι κοπέλες δεν είναι το ίδιο ικανές, είναι πραγματικά τραγικό. Unacceptable !! They do not pick up any phone. But it is not the girls' fault, as they are instructed when doing their job not to lift anything and most of the time there is only one girl in the area.
