But what a food experience. A very clever palate in the kitchen makes each dish something special and Denis is never too busy to share his passion for good wine and recommend the perfect accompaniment to your meal The staff are friendly and very professional making the whole experience a pleasure. Definitely worth finding and without doubt the best food we've had in Greece.

The Calamari stuffed Corguette Flowers and the lobster raviolone were stars but perhaps the raspberry pavlova was the best of the lot. The wine list is amazing too. It was so good I forgot to take a picture of anything apart from the lovely IPA beer they have.. A really friendly welcome too and good pauses between the courses so you don't feel over full. You pay a premium here but who cares when the food is this good! Oh and watching the swallows swoop and serve in an amazing acrobatic action over the restaurant as the day turned to dusk was amazing too..

Suffice to say we loved Salto. We called to book a table late upon arriving in Corfu and they accommodated us on a very busy evening. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with the menu and options. We opted to go “tapas style” and were assisted with the amount to order, even to the point of them checking back to reconfirm we wanted the final dish of our order. Wine choice was very good and served properly and at correct temperature. Each dish we had from salad to meat was excellent. Just a great evening out and reasonable price for the quality received. Highly recommend!
