★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όποιος επισκεφτεί το συγκεκριμένο οινοποιείο καταλαβαίνει από τον τρόπο που είναι φτιαγμένο την έντονη προσωπική σφραγίδα του ιδιοκτήτη και την αγάπη που δίνει στην παραγωγή του κρασιού του. Δεν είναι τυχαίο που τα κρασιά του εξαγωνται σε Ευρώπη και Αμερική.
Anyone who visits this winery understands from the way it is made the strong personal stamp of the owner and the love he gives to the production of his wine. It is no coincidence that his wines are exported to Europe and America.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organic wine is always amazing. Santor wines however are exceptional. It's not just the organic production methods. The winery has its own vineyard and is committed to using science to faithfully recreate wine production methods of Greece's ancient past. There is a lot of knowledge and passion that go into this that make the final product feel amazing before you've even tasted. And once you do taste it you'll find it very difficult to drink any other type of wine.
