★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super cool spot to stop! They will have some beer tasting options as well as bottles. The don’t serve any beer there and ask that you drink your bottle outside. It was a very fun stop right next to the bus stop, but there wasn’t an incredibly large amount to offer and felt heavily geared towards tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very surprised how good are the beers from the local brewery at Santorini. I tried Yellow, Red, Lazy and 10th anniversary beer and all of them were really good. We came from Czech Republic and I have to say that this small brewery is comparable to the best ones in our country. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to the bartender, SBC has been open for nine years, but somehow still doesn't have a liquor license so you can't order a flight or even sit inside and have a beer. What you can do is taste two beers and then buy a bottle or more for takeout or to drink on the upper deck porch. Those same beers can be purchased in town and a tour of the beer brewing downstairs isn't offered so there's really no benefit to visiting. Save yourself the drive and just buy a few bottles at a local grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit to try their 3 core beers and the staff are friendly and helpful with tasters. Sadly you can’t order beer to drink in but you can buy bottles from the fridge to enjoy in the sun outside or takeaway. They also have a good selection of merch in the shop.
