★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ftelos is an absolute gem we were lucky find. It is only open since 3 weeks. The service is impeccable. The design is very modern yet cosy. We tried lunch and dinner there. The food was very delicious and creative. Definitely also give the beers or one of the beer cocktails a try. They try new creation constantly. So you will always be able to try a new one. They incorporate the ingredients of the island which makes the beer very special. It is definitively worth a visit. The ambiance and the service meets the standards of a 5 star hotel. Thank you very much for the wonderful time. Keep up the good work and the amazing spirit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow…unbelievable! Our favorite thing to do is find “local” breweries wherever we go, and this may be at the very top of the list! Phenomenal beer, great foods paired with the beer, and a wonderful presentation. We were pleasantly surprised. If you are visiting Santorini with a cruise or tour, skip the formal plan and walk or cab to this brewery! 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an incredible experience. In addition to being one of the most beautiful breweries we’ve been to, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure our tasting was complimented with the right pairings of delicious appetizers.
Would have loved to have been able to take back some of the beer - even in a growler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! Only a few minutes walk outside of Fira. Great beers and tasting menu, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant staff within a state of the art facility. Highly recommend to get outside of the traditional tourist areas and is a must for any beer lover visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want something to break the pattern of many vineyard visits, come to Ftelos! The building and backyard is so beautiful, the tasting is great, and the service is the best. Thank you Christina for the warm welcome! She gave us a great introduction and tour of the brewery even though we did not opt for the tasting with tour option. Peter and Nick upstairs on the rooftop patio were amazing and made us feel welcomed and at home. We ended up spending our entire night there and look forward to coming back.

The new building is absolutely stunning. The roof garden is beautiful and the beers are great. There is a food pairing and extensive story telling about the beers. So all in all perfect.
Only improvement would be the timing because beers do loose there beautiful foam head while listening to the information about each specify beer. If I am back in Santorini I would definitely go here again.
