Best service We arrived at midnight and the rental agent was waiting for us on site. The price for the car was unbeatable. Some experiences reported here I can not share. Our car was in perfect condition and very new. I can only recommend you to rent your car here.

Very easy reservation with great price, a clean and excellent car and very easy pick and drop of the car on the airport on arrival and departure.

I booked online, received a confirmation email, and within 30 minutes they emailed me that the car was no longer available and cancelled my booking. I go to the website and surprise! The car is available, but at a different price. Higher, obviously. Gross rudeness on their part!

Nightmare. I booked the car in advance, I got some email asking for money - I was eager to pay so I called them to ask how and then they let me know that they do not have a car and cancelled the booking without saying sorry. Terrible - do not recommend to anyone who would like to have peaceful holidays.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Reservation Reference : Santorini Holiday Cars SANT-71-029629 They contacted me on the phone one hour before the pick-up time to say that my car was no longer available even if had booked it three weeks in advance. After that phone call they immediately sent me an email to inform about the cancellation. Be aware that they don't ask for a deposit because they do overbooking with cars, in order to choose the longer and more convenient rental for them. The strategy is :"The down payment is not required, so there's no commitment" = Cars Overbooking. If the rental company is more intrested to another customer with longer rental duration, they cancel your reservation one hour before the scheduled pick-up time. Their rental policy is the following, but they don't comply with it. Policy "Reservations are valid and honored for up to three hours after the requested pick up time. However this must be during the hours of operation. If the vehicle is not picked up within three hours of the requested pick up time our reservation status will be changed to a NO SHOW. We ask that you contact Santorini Holiday Cars if you need to change the pick up time of your requested vehicle to avoid any problems." I sent them an email before the pick-up time, to inform the rental company about my ferry arrival time and I agreed with the contract to pay the rates for 2 full days, but they cancelled just before the pick-up time, because they gave the car to another customer, probably to make more profit.

The gentleman who bought the car to my accomodation was very friendly/cheerful to deal with and arrived on time. He went over the car with me and provided clear instructions regarding returning the car at the end of the hire period. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to other people.

The reservation process was very easy. Email communication was great. We were told to be at the bus station to pick up the car at 8am but by the time we got the 1st cable car up from the port and walked to the bus station, we were late and the car was not there. We called and the car was brought to us. It was a nice car that worked well. We drove around and dropped the car off early. the gentleman who met me dropped me near the cable car, which he did not have to do. A good day overall.
