Santorini Crystal Blue Boutique Hotel - Kamari Beach Santorini Island

Horrible customer service. We were unable to make our flight and when we called the hotel to cancel, they flat out refused and were rude about it. And then insisted they would “wait for us” and told us to book another flight. When I tried to reschedule, I had to jump through several hoops and was unable to move the reservation because I couldn’t get confirmation from the booking agency to move the reservation. The booking company informed me that the hotel should have been able to move it themselves but the hotel said they couldn’t without the booking companies permission. In the end, we were told we couldn’t cancel or get a refund and that it would count as a no-show. Most hotels charge you a cancelation fee, which I would have been more than happy to pay but this hotel took all our full payment and I wouldn’t be surprised if they double booked it because they knew we weren’t coming. I even paid for shuttle service from the hotel which wasn’t refunded either. I am currently disputing the charge in my credit card. Never again will I recommend or book with this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views from the sea-view suite and a stunning setting for breakfast on the seafront. Nassos and his staff really looked after us!! Although the pebble beach takes a little getting used to, Kamari is definitely the best area on the east coast of the island and was only a short ride over to Fira on the Caldera side.

We spent 3 nights on the caldera side and stayed 2 nights at this hotel. In retrospect I wish we stayed more at crystal blue. They are very friendly and hospitable. Everybody was nice to us specially Panos (the head waiter) and Stephanie (the front desk receptionist). They are very professional and always smiling. Free shuttle to/from airport. They even brought us from our prior hotel when it was time for us to leave the caldera side and go to Kamari. Breakfast was outstanding. Very clean facilities. Beautiful front view of the black beach in Kamari. The tourist boardwalk in front of this hotel is awesome specially at night. Lots of places to eat and bars to chose from. Very safe area.

Wonderful team, hospital and welcoming, warmest attitude, special thanks to the hotel owner Nasos , Restaurant handler Costa, his young team and, of course, lady manager. One of best hotels to stay on Santorini island.

We are still in this Hotel and we are so happy to be here. This is a beautiful place on santorini. The Hotel is so beautiful. The Staff is really friendly and helpful we couldnt ask for more. Stefanie and Nassos and the other staff members were really hospitable. We are staying in the vip room with a seperate bedroom and a huge terrace with a jacuzzi. We really love this because our two little kids could sleep while we were enjoying the Jacuzzi next to them. The breakfast has everything you needed with a beautiful view to the Sea. We already decided to come back.

We spent one week in Santorini in August 2021. The week was great also because our place was excellent : good location, swimming pool and sea, close to the Kamari boardwalk, 15 mn taxi drive to go to Fiera and Oia. The manager is everywhere, always available to help his customers. Unforgettable !

This is the best hotel in Santorini! The staff is excellent! They remembered everything I wanted every morning and lunch! Mr. Nassos took care of all my transportation needs even at 4:00AM for airport! He is a very resourceful person, very kind and knowledgeable! Very clean hotel , paying attention to details about Covid , the towels are provided in separate plastic bags! The best experience I’ve had in my life!!?

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time! The hotel is quite small - only 17 rooms, what actually creates a very personal and individual atmosphere. The staff is very kind, nice and helpful. The service at the beach is also perfect - great cocktails and salads! Another big plus is the beach which is directly in front of the hotel. You have a very calm atmosphere at the breakfast with a beautiful beach view.
