★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is slow, understaffed and the reception is very bad. Very disappointed for a simple rapid test COVID-19, we waited 2h30, normally we should have waited 30 minutes. This is not normal. I'm not happy. in the end, they did not understand English ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had our first daughter and couldn't be more thankful to our doctor George Christodoulos. He is not only an amazing doctor, incredible passionate about his job but also an extraordinary human being. Since our first appointment, we knew we were in the best hands and had so much peace of mind to count on him from the very beginning of the pregnancy until the delivery of our baby two weeks ago. We feel the luckiest also for being able to deliver our baby in Santorini Hospital… Everything is super clean, all the staff was amazing, everybody took care of us all the time and we also had the best obstetricians, Thomi Karali and Sofia Manolakaki, they are sweet, full of charisma and very dedicated. We really couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of us and for bringing safely our little girl to this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have injured my foot and couldn’t walk at all. Had to wait for two hours and they didn’t accept me. The nurse came out and decided to accept another patient who had the exact same problem and arrived much later, but was greek. Very rude and do not give any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a quad accident the other day. Was checked the day I arrived but then never saw a doctor again. I told them I was going to be heliported back to my country and wasn't taken seriously at all. I slept on a bed without a pillow even though I asked for one. Was very uncomfortable there and not well treated in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital in Santorini. I went there because of a bee sting on my face. I easily entered from "Emergency" side and without waiting they cleaned the area and give a receipt including antihistamines. All staff speaks satisfying English and all treatment costs free for EU Health Card holders. I recommend you directly go this hospital rather than paying private ones lots of money.
They also offer PCR and Rapid test for a cheaper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy and relatively new hospital. We had an emergency and our little one was seen straight away. Medical staff were nice and gentle with her and the doctor did a good job with her stitching. Reception staff were very nice too, even though there were people coming in continuosly and many of them were quite rude and demanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived to do a covid check before boarding the flight, we arrived really early so we would not wait in line and there were really 4 people. Everything went smoothly, they took 70 euros from us for inspection. The most expensive on the island, we thought they would also be the best and we were wrong !!! The nurse arrived without gloves with 4 test tubes, the test was done outside, without protection, without cleaning hands from person to person. In the same hand she performed the test she held the next person's test tube without cleaning hands, when we told her, used an antiseptic and then came back to us. The test was terrible !!! Painful to tears, she pushed with all her might the test rod into her nose and counted until made in deep turns to the brain. When we explained that a test is no longer done like this and there is no need to push so deep, she pushed the test to the other side of the nose and started again. Just awful and horrible, days after the test I still had pain. Not to get to this hospital by any means !!!
