Old equipment and small, but has everything you should need. 10 euro for a day pass with free cold bottles of water from the fridge. As long as you don't expect a top of the line gym you'll leave happy

Nicholas is the friendly owner who provides clean towels and cold bottle of water on arrival. The equipment is dated but it’s everything you need for a good workout. 10 Euro per visit.

After checking with a few locals we found the Santorini Gym, and enjoyed good weight training workouts. The gym equipment is old, but there is plenty with which to train, and the owner, Nicholas, was very welcoming. He is also in great shape and provided us some coaching during our training. We paid 10 Euros/person/day to use, which included a bottle of water and a towel, and would definitely use again if we return to Oia. We have attached some pictures to help you know where to look from the main walkway, as well as the small painted sign on the side of the building where you turn down the alley. On the map of Oia, look for the Medical Center and the Museum of Ancient Greek Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Musical Instruments. When walking, the location of the gym is directly across from the Kyprida restaurant.
