J	Jian Hou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Santorini's worst hotel, the receptionist staff are very bad, especially the young lady, who is very impatient. Notify the hotel to book a taxi from the harbour to the hotel one day in advance, but we waited there for an hour, and then asked the receptionist. The staff said that the driver was another company, not their responsibility. Therefore, I would like to advise you to book a taxi service in advance by yourself. The geographical location is not good, far from the seaside, and public transportation is inconvenient. Cliff hotels at the same price are the best choice.
D	Danilo Maskovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reading the comments before coming to the hotel and i was genuinely worried. However, it is not exactly as it was written in the guest comments. First, the hotel is very nice. the ambience and intimacy is on par. if you choose a split-level apartment (which is my recommendation) you will get a nice view and a mini-house on Santorini. sleeping under the dome was interesting :) the location is great, even when you don’t have a car - you have a bus going - everywhere! they clean every day. the pool is the cleanest I have ever swum in. they wash it every day. I have a complaint about breakfast because it is too ordinary and the same every day. I think they should work on that. as well as to enter the price of the room. but, santorini. The girl who works helped me a lot because we booked a hotel week before we came. everything as we agreed she complied. It is what it is, I'm sorry, but these people make a living from it. all in all very good and thank you for a pleasant stay. And one more time tnx for bday present - very nice touch! Danilo

M	Malou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flora, our host, was wonderful and caring. They took care of us with daily adventures, ATV rentals, anything we needed, they were willing to help with. Breakfast was alright, good pastries and yoghurt but could be improved. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel refuses any modification or refund for the reservation even with the presentation of a positive test to COVID. They are always puting the responsability on BOOKING.COM, when it's them that doesn't accept any modification/refund or vouncher. It is sad to see that in this context, the hotel are not learning to be flexible. For sure, I will never go or recommend this hotel.

Very clean room and picturesque decoration perfect for an original Santorini experience. Had also a very helpful quick introduction to the island and some tips by the friendly staff. The rooms are quiet, the area is calm and not near touristic areas. Would recommend it!
